Extensions button in toolbar don't show drop-down list

yesterday i noticed problems with my Extensions button (jigsaw puzzle button) vanished and all active extensions where put in toolbar. when i went to customize toolbar and put Extensions button (jigsaw puzzle button) back it did not show drop-down panel but redirected me to add-ons and themes tab. i tried everything enabling all add-ons uninstalling and reinstalling them but nothing changed

According to the System Details, you are using a Firefox 102 ESR version and this version doesn't use the Extensions button (comes with 109).

oh haven't noticed that I'm using different version. Thanks for help
