Hola Haz superado el limite de tamaño de archivo (IMAP) que pueden manejar los programas, podrías probar eliminar correos desde la interfaz web de la cuenta de correo y compactar las carpetas del Thunderbird: https://support.mozilla.org/es/kb/bandeja-de-entrada-u-otras-carpetas-llenas
