I use my PC with english language but few times Thunderbird has changed to my native language finnish and it stays there. Language options is set to english but still all is in finnish. Why this is happening and how to keep on english?

There have been issues in the past with updates using the system locale (actually the ip geolocation) to determine the language version of the site to access. This does have implications for updates being delivered in the locale of the IP rather than the installed locale.

Until they actually fix the issue, a reinstall will generally fix it in the short term. If you download the appropriate language version. https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/all/#E
