FireFox tells me that I do not have the latest hd video (plugin) . When I click on download, Avast pops up (I do not use Avast) and it says "download. How can I get the latest hd video plugin for FF . I am having problems viewing some videos. Thank you for any advice.

This is all very suspicious. I wouldn't install anything from that website.
