I have a new iPad Air. When I try to log in to Woolworths online using Firefox, my log in username and password details appear in the log in fields because I have saved them but text requesting username and password from the website are still there underneath. When I try to log in, the website thinks that I have not put my username and password in. If I delete the last character of both username and password and replace it with the same character, it works and I can log in. I do not have this problem with Firefox on my MacBook Air. How can this be fixed?

Interesting. I've seen cases in the past where a "ghost" character may slip into a field. Try this.

1. Tap on the three hoizontal bars in the upper right 2. Tap Settings 3. Select Logins & Passwords 4. Locate the Woolworths info and select it 5. Tap Edit 6. Delete your username and pasword and reenter 7. Tap Done

OBW47. Thank you for your suggestion. After I did what you suggested, I also restarted the iPad just in case that helped too. However, it did not work. I have gone to Google Chrome and I have no problem so I will just use that. I guess it must be a problem with Firefox on mobile IOS. Thank you for your help.
