search engine does not works.
When digiting in the Firefox search bar, the screen becomes gray and the search engine is blocked. I have Windows 10 and my search engine is Bing. Everything works instead if I use the Cortana bar. I have already reset Firefox but nothing change. Thank you for helping. Gaspare

To do this, follow these steps:
Select Start , then select Settings .In Windows Settings, select Update & Security > Troubleshoot . Under Find and fix other problems, select Search and Indexing . Run the troubleshooter, and select any problems that apply. Windows will try to detect and solve them.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
