Hi

I recently installed NetNanny Version 10 on my laptop. After the installation, every time I open Firefox it will crash and close within 5 seconds. As soon as I uninstall NetNanny, Firefox will go back to normal.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing Firefox (V76.0.1, 64-bit) and re-installing NetNanny but the same keeps happening over and over. Note I also 'disable' NetNanny temporarily, however Firefox will still crash.

I will appreciate some help with this.

Thanks and regards jB

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 Submitted crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

Hi Fred

Thanks for the quick response. Note it appears no 'crash reports' are being generated after the sudden closure.

I was able to capture the attached - as per my earlier email, it takes about 5 seconds before crashing.

Thanks and regards jB
