Then you should contact your ISP could be they are blocking the service.

if they were blocking the service it wouln't work on chrome it has to do with the location my computer ask me to share my location and i say yes and then it ask again i said no every since then i can't access hulu on either of my computer on firefox. it just goes back and forth saying i need to share my location but when you look on firefox it say i am sharing my location with hulu

So what adblocker do you have installed on firefox?
