individual folder search ability gone?

Until last week or so, I had the ability to open a folder and search just in that folder with the option to search all folders if I wished. I no longer have the ability of searching just the active Folder. How can I fix this?

Never mind, after 10-15 days the ability to Filter of the Active folder is Back! Naturally....

Ctrl+Shift+K will open the quick search bar if it is not visible.
