Hello, I 'm amongst the people that reverted back to Firefox 56 after the Quantum update for the add-ons alone. (mainly Classic Theme Restorer and NoScript) I would like to know if there is a way to install Quantum along with v56 on the same windows 10 PC.

Having both versions installed will allow me to continue using my favorite add-ons, while monitoring Quantum for new updates and add-ons , trying to customize it to my liking and hopefully stick with it at some point.

Thanks in advance.

Here's a nice tutorial: Using a dedicated profile for Firefox Beta. It's for Firefox Beta but you can use the same procedure to create dedicated profiles for other versions of Firefox.

Thank you mate. As far as the installation goes, just so I do not overwrite Firefox56 with Quantum all it takes is a custom path setup as your link indicates?

Do this before so you do not loose anything from it just in case :

You would have to install the two different Firefox versions you want to use via a custom install in their own Firefox program folder to have them distinct. You need to make sure to start each version with its own profile. Then you can set the update settings of each version like you desire in Options/Preferences. Keep in mind that 64-bit Firefox versions only support the Shockwave Flash plugin.
