I uninstalled Firefox 56. Have downloaded Firefox Quantum and I get that error every time it opens or runs. Sometimes the referenced memory number changes slightly. -Things I have done: -uninstalled Firefox 56 -Uninstalled Firefox 57 (4 times now, complete uninstalls, including with Revo uninstaller) -Done several "clean" installs of Firefox 57

I'm at a loss at this point as to what to do.

can you try if installing the 32bit version from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ makes any difference?

on what kind of device are you receiving that error?

It's a desktop computer running Windows 7. It is a work computer, but I have full administrative rights on it.

That worked. It installed fine.

Thank you -- I thought I had tried that already.
