Can I set a default Image Border size for all pictures I put in my emails?

When I add an image to an email that I am composing, the image is shown without a border. I add a border by selecting the image then clicking ">Format>ImageProperties>Appearance" and then filling in the "Solid Border" box with the desired border width. The box for "Solid Border" is by default blank and no border is applied to the image. Is there somewhere that I can specify the default border width to be some value, say "4"? I would like to avoid setting the border size every time I add a picture to my outgoing emails. Thanks, Rich
