Matt, I installed the error console and rebooted my computer. When I opened the error console after the reboot it was empty. No errors logged. What now?

Installed? CTrl+Shift + J opens Thunderbird's error console

CNTRL SHIFT "J" still yields no errors in the console. Same as last time I opened the console. Last email I sent through T-Bird tonight took 4 attempts before it sent.
