Taking email address from history.mab

I wondered if there was a way to extract the email address from the history.mab file.

I'd like to collate all the email addresses from the auto complete into a proper address book. I have always just relied on Thunderbird saving them for me, but would like to be able to see and use them.

history.mab is just the Collected Addresses address book, so I suggest you work with that directly in the Address Book.

They should just drag-and-drop from one address book to another, but I have found it to be temperamental recently. :-(
