Is the file deleted, or not download properly, or you can't find the file? Where are you downloading from?

Are you downloading and saving the file or are you opening the file in an external application?

It is possible that security (Anti-Virus, firewall) is causing problems. Try to disable security software temporarily to see if that makes a difference.
