Could you try this: Temporarily select 'View' > 'Message body as' > 'simple HTML' then try the 'Reply' button.

hi thanks for your post. the problem is when forwarding, not always and not when I just reply. I did what you said but it was already set on simple HTML

Please check you have this setting: 'Tools' > 'Options' > 'Composition' > 'General' tab or 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Composition' > 'General' tab

Forward Messages: select 'Inline'. Click on OK
