In the "to" slot, how do you only show the name of the contact and not their email address?

It shows the email address by itself or it can show the person's name and the email address. I'd like to show the person's name only on the email I'm sending to them.

Tools (Alt-T) - Options - Display - Advanced tab Check 'Show only display name for people in my address book".
