mp4 he-aac problem with v35?

Our video site has stopped working with Mac v35, possibly other versions. Video plays with no audio. See for example: https://videoo.com/h/share1love

Not player related (we use Flowplayer HTML5) as dropping the raw MP4s directly into the browser gives the same result.

We are using HE-AAC, and I found a reference somewhere that suggested Firefox support for it is unpredictable.
