or some reason everytime i got to my membership for pet insurance it says wrong password the i go back to IE 11 and it lets me sign in with the same password...

Hi vikadelic, Do you store your passwords in the browser? If so, you may want to update them to make sure that they are trying to login with the right credentials: Password manager - Remember, delete, change and import saved passwords in Firefox
If that is not the case, it may be an old stored cookie: Clear cookies and site data in Firefox
