I am having trouble with hiperart ads (hiperlink ads that pop up when the mouse hover over a link that have beign infected) I am having trouble with hiperart ads (hipper link ads that pop up when the mouse hover over a link that have being infected) every website I go. It first appear while navigating the Craig list website about Jan 15 2015

I already run the Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus And the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware softwere Clear all history and the problem persist.

How do you know these links are infected? What you describe is used on some web pages.
