Visit the Adobe page
to check your browser's Flash Player is up to date and working. In fact from the details aside it almost certainly is out of date. You can also update by using http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ but you should still use the adobe page to ensue it installed correctly.
Please report back after you have upgraded FlashPlayer. Also please say what happens do you get any form of error message ?
