Please tell me how to remove the notice of new emails that comes onto my computer when I'm working with a different program. It's very distracting and annoying. Thanks.

When I transferred my icloud email account to TB only a few of the 15 folders were transferred. Troubleshooting first with Apple, I was told to delete the account and re-create it. I did but that did not restore to lost folders. How can I get the rest of my folders to transfer?

Can't receive or send mails on my main address peter.lerche@mail.dk on my PC. Can receive but not send on my phone. Can receive and send on my spareaddress peter.lerche28@gmail.com on my PC.

The message info portion of inbox messages has increased in size the last couple of weeks which makes the portion for reading the message quite small. How do I decrease the size of the message info portion?

Can't get the latest version of Thunderbird to work with an ameritech.net email. I get message " can't connect, retry, type new password or cancel"

Не отправляются письма ни из одного адреса через приложение Thunderbird. SMTP протоколы настроены правильно. Один из адресов использует стандартный протокол mail.ru, но письма тоже не отправляются. При этом входящая почта доставляется в нормальном режиме. Если зайти в почту через браузер, письма абсолютно нормально отправляются. Как решить данную проблему?

I have set up several folders and subfolders, with auto filtering in my Thunderbird. When a new mail goes to a subfolder that is nested in two or more folders, the display for new message on the side does not appear. For Example: "Grantparent Folder" (1 new mail)

     |-> "Parent Folder" (doesnt display the new mail is here)
            |-> "Child Folder" (displays there is a mail here after i open up the Parent folder)

This is a problem because there a several Parent folders and I have to open up each one of the in order to find in which Child Folder the mail went to.

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you in advance

Numerous users of Thunderbird have expressed their total dissatisfaction with the recent upgrade, especially the new font and layout in the email lists. Why has the Mozilla team ignored requests to return to the previous load to restore the font and list displays? Do you expect users to support your product when they totally do not like the new version?

I am unable to remove Passwords from my thunderbird account. The setting instruction clearly indicates that I have successfully removed the password. subsequent attempts to access my account keep insisting on a passwrd. How do I get rid of thiis e mail pw protection?

Open thunderbird up and want to print an email. Most of the time the printer is the default. Once I print and then go to the next email to print, the default printer is gone and the only option is save to PDF. I can close thunderbird and reopen it and seems to alleviate the issue for a few times then back save to PDF only. Strange issue. I have reinstalled thunderbird a few times. All other programs on the pc I print from always use the defaut printer.

we are a group of 9 people, organizing us with TAGs in Thunderbird (using same IMAP Mail). Before update to 115 version from 102 (I think) the tags were working flawlessly for more than 10 years. Now the syncing of tags somehow changed. For example if someone change the tag on received e-mail, on other computers the tag stays the same, until you click on that e-mail or until again a new e-mail arrives. That is very confusing because all the time you are not sure who's tag is selected or even more problematic that you untag someone who was already tagged. Before if someone tagged e-mail message, the tag was synced in next second, nevertheless at which e-mail were you standing. That was perfect!

I hope for implementation the option to manage tag-syncing time. Or can someone tell me if that's possible to manage that somewhere inside manual settings(Config editor)? I would also be pleased that somebody explain me how the tags synchronization actually works in latest TB?

I would like to find all my emails dated October 25, 26 or 27, from any of the folders, ideally presented as one list. Is there a way of doing that?

From time to time I loose my ability to send emails. I check the settings and they are as they should be and have been for the many many years I have been using Thunderbird. I just don't know what to do to fix this problem.

Last week email layout and format appeared to change or update on my laptop. Since then I continue to get "There are no new messages." Note I can send messages out, and I can both send and receive messages on my phone. Wondering if the different taskbar including Get Messages is working right. Checked all settings, etc. Hope you can help.

bold text I can't find how to write an email in Thunderbird. The new interface is WORSE that previous and IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN BAD.

It is a very bad sign that I have to find my password and log into Firefox to tell you that the email service on Thunderbird SUCKS.

Maybe if I GOOGLE looking for an answer someone will post directions how to use your product.
