When I select Get Messages inThunderbird I get the subject error and no messages are downloaded. Confirmed the IMAP and SMTP settings are correct. If I go to web Comcast.net my emails are there but won't download with Thunderbird.

I have both Gmail and Aol accounts on my installation, 115.9.0. My aol account is behaving funny. If I choose to display only unread emails, the screen goes blank and no messages show. I then click on sent message, click back on incoming and the messages reappear in the "all" messages display. The Gmail account is just fine, I can click between "All" and "Unread only" with no issues. Can't figure out what's going on.

in thunderbird I have 2 email accounts. I want to stop the outlook account from automatically redirecting all emails to my other account. I set this up a long time ago and I don't remember how it was done.

I need proper entries for Incoming and Outgoing servings (POP3). My existing account username is

I am using Thunderbird 115.9.0 (64-bit). The newest updates have eliminated my "Collected Addresses" folder and Thunderbird Address Book is no longer capturing all incoming and outgoing email addresses. Is there a fix to this issue?

Since the latest update, Thunderbird Beta won't load all the way on the first try. It will "attempt" to start, but hangs up. It will start if I, at that point, go to the task manager and end the Thunderbird that has loaded in "Background tasks" and then try to start it again. I wish I could say that this happens every time, but it isn't consistent - just "usually."

The new version of Mozilla is not user friendly. I do not want to search a bar across the top of my screen for the inbox. I want to see my emails as they arrive, in order by time. It is frustrating to have to scroll backwards in the bar across the top of my screen looking for inbox

I lost all email from Sent folder & some emails from my inbox. I find message are stored locally on the SSD, but can’t migrate them via a simple drag & drop or copy & paste. In the Inbox many have disappeared, but It’s odd that now every email that remains is in bold as if it was never opened.

Running release 115.7.0. (64-bit).

I would appreciate any input.

Mozilla has suddenly stopped saving emails with attachments to the Sent box. Emails without attachments are being saved to the Sent box as usual. Could you suggest how to reset the system to allow emails with attachments to be also saved?

When I click on Thunderbird email, it asks me for a password (It hasn't been asking until today). I enter the one I have been using, and it responds "incorrect" and to enter it again. Same thing again. I cannot receive an e-mail for February 6. I've gone into the information for redoing the PW, and that doesn't work either. I need help resolving this issue.

My email always showed the body of the mail highlighted to the right. Today that area is blank and I can not figure out how to get that back. As of now I need to click on the email and it comes up on another page and there is a lot of back and forth. I will be the first to admit I am not computer literate but have tried every drop down and not sure how to proceed. thank you

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <nancylynn@charter.net> sender rejected. Please verify that your email address is correct in your account settings and try again. I started getting this message yesterday when I try to send e mail. The e mail address is correct. Is this an issue with Charter.net or Mozilla?

Hello, my client uses thunderbird on her hotmail account (strebel-annemarie@hotmail.com) but the inquiries from her business website end up in her spam. Is there a way to change settings?
