TB v115.9.0 unwanted https: links have started to appear in most relevant text of TB emails that I receive (underlined and in blue)

I had to delete and add back several accounts due to a change in servers (cox.net to yahoo.com). Prior to this I just had the All Folders, Local Folders and below. Now I have the Unified Folders and below, which are essentially a duplicate of the folders in the old All Folders. (See attached image) Not only is it making things confusing but I'm storing duplicate emails and it seems to be affecting performance, Thunderbird now randomly quits and restarts. So, how do I delete either the All Folders or the Unified Folders and move the few sub folders that are unduplicated into the remaining group?

I have 4 e-mail addresses and corresponding inboxes. One is my personal addy that I use for most legitimate business. The other 3 are leftovers from former businesses and a spam addy. I use those other 3 addys sparingly, but only for sites I want to maintain distance from, and any I suspect might be spammers.

Thunderbird has worked wonderfully for me for some years, but recently, I have been getting duplicate messages in 2 of my 3 dummy accounts for every one that is legitimately sent to my main account. None ever show up in that 4th account, but I did just receive an e-mail that was intended for that 4th account, and the inbox acted as it should (no duplicates anywhere).

I have spent a couple of hours with a very dedicated service rep from my ISP, and she was unable to find any solution. She suggests that reaching out to Firefox is the next logical step.

I have cox comm. for internet and emails, they just changed their server to yahoo.com. Now I cannot sign into thunderbird to send or receive emails.

Effettuata la procedura i messaggi in entrata hanno iniziato a funzionare regolarmente ma mi sono accorto che tutte le mail nella cartella posta in arrivo erano prive di testo. My Thunderbird email on my PC will only open intermittently in the last few days. Re-starting my computer sometimes helps, but only temporarily. There are no error messages- just nothing happens. I am still able to access email on other devices - just not on PC - which I use a lot. I'd be grateful for ideas of how to fix this. Thank you, Pam Rycroft

why do you change my message selection when I delete an unrelated message??? Sometimes you delete a message that I haven't opened yet (and don't necessarily wish to open at this time)!!!

I have several email accounts; and they are all set up the same way on Firefox, and I have checked that that is so. But on one of the email accounts the "sent" file is missing. I have checked the "place copy in Sent..." In the subscription list "sent" does not show up for this account

Do you need more info ?

I have spent the last TWO HOURS trying to find an answer to what should be a simple problem, and it seems not to exist!

I need to find out WHERE Firebird lists my email account PASSWORD.

I do NOT want to reset my password.

I simple need to know WHAT my password is, and since I set up the account [actually a few accounts] several years ago, my notes are evidently null and void, because none of those passwords seem to work.

My email is through verizon.net, which is one of the problems because they gave all of their email coltrol to AOL, which thouroughly sucks, and they seem not to have anyone who speaks fluent English who can assist me in FINDING the current password!

If ANYONE can help, it would be most greatly appreciated!!

I keep getting this message whenever I try to get my emails. "Login to server ... with username ... failed"

I have no idea what to do to get the emails coming in. This has happened before, but eventually seemed to fix itself before I had to do something. There is nothing on this "Help" thing that seems to apply or if it does, I have no idea what the answer signifies.

I think I've done another password, but nothing came up or said anything regarding this so I don't know if it worked.

If you are kind enough to give this message any thought, please put your answer in words of two syllables or less & please don't talk about POS or Pop or whatever. I have no idea what that is. I just want to get this thing working again.

Running Thunderbird, with auto login to my ATT.NET account. I recently changed my ATT.NET PW (on ATT.NET) Thunderbird is still able to log on to my ATT.NET account and rec/send emails. I went into PW manager and removed the saved PW for my ATT email account.

Could you please tell me how often the Thunderbird autoconfiguration protocol can be accessed - https://autoconfig.thunderbird.net/v1.1/ ? Are there any limits on the number of requests per minute from one IP? If so, what are they and where is it specified?

I have added a new Category for an event in the Calendar.This shows in the list of Categories for that specific event, but is not stored for use in another event. So is there a way of adding Categories that can be used later? Thanks, Alan

Unified inbox only SOMETIMES deletes emails when they ARE deleted in individual email accounts'. This leaves an mixed group of emails--some filed in new folders, some deleted and some awaiting action
