Previously, in the shortcut screen, you could swipe left right to display the other eight shortcuts. This no longer works. I have to tap showall to display all the shortcuts. Additionally the showall setting should be remembered, you shouldn't have to do two taps to get to the second list. Getting a weird issue. When I open Firefox Beta, if it is not already running it loses focus on Firefox and pops open the Google Play Store over the top of Firefox on its Firefox Beta page. It's doing this consistently and repeatably. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy A52 5G on the latest update of Android 14.

I am trying to migrate to new Android phone and I am having great difficulty with migrating the firefox profile wholesale. The adb backup method fails. The sync method will not transfer addon settings (I have extensive list of ublock origin filters). Besides I would like not to touch cloud for profile migration.

I have tried https://github.com/Rob--W/firefox-android-backup-restore but that failed epically (and I am very technical person).

I do not want to root the android (it breaks banking apps).

What now?

I am not looking forward to re-login to all the sessions and recreate all the filters.

Collections bookmarks on the Firefox for Android homepage. I have Firefox sync. I have many regular bookmarks. Collections bookmarks from Android or obviously not available or synced with my Firefox for desktop. Are they synced or backed up at all anywhere? I cannot find them other than inside Collections. If I uninstall Firefox on my Android, Google Pixel phone and reinstall it will everything in the homepage collections be lost?

Hi, looking to ask if anyone has experience with restoring Firefox open tabs after closing them accidentally on Android.

Environment: Android 14 Firefox account sync enabled

Things tried: 1. Firefox Sync (The open tab information was promptly cleared away by the sync) 2. Open tab information from a separate desktop Firefox browser with Sync enabled prior (same issue as #1) 3. ADB file access (no permissions) 4. ADB downgrade install to pull old files (failed due to Android 14) 5. Accessing "files:///data/data/org.mozilla.firefox/..." (cannot download files and looking at the timestamps, the SQLite files have probably been overwritten) 6. Firefox debugging (Nothing useful) 7. Searching for a way to get Firefox Sync historical data (doesn't seem available) 8. Mailing customer support (No response)

Things I didn't do prior to this incident (answering the common responses found online): 1. Bookmark my tabs 2. Firefox Collections

Every time I open Firefox Nightly it opens Google Play Store to get me to rate the app.

This is a usability nightmare.

It asked me to rate the app originally and I pressed whatever the 'not just now' option was.

Now I get taken to the Google Play Store every time I launch Firefox Nightly. I cannot find any setting to revert this, and have no intention of leaving a review.
