Attempted to scroll through a folder of bookmarks (Firefox for iOS on an older iPad Pro that’s been fully updated to iOS 16.1). About halfway through the scroll, the app shuts down. Upon restart, it restores tabs, but also apparently clears cache, forcing me to re-login to accounts.

I have tried to reinstall the application, but it doesn't seem to work. Whenever I start again to sync my account in Firefox for iOS it begins to stop unexpectedly; after 2 to 3 seconds that I reopen the browser, it asks if I want to restore the previous (empty) session and then - without any input from me - it crashes again. I've tried everything, but seems that nothing works after syncronization. Present configuration: iOS 16.1.1 iPhone 13 firefox for iOS: version 107.2
Since your November update it crashes immediately on open for both my iPhone and iPad. Both are iOS 16.1.1. Please fix this!

My Firefox crash on my iPhone (IOS 16.2) since 108 update BUT ONLY when I connect/sync to my account (if I don't try to connect to account it works fine, but its then quite useless). Each time I reconnect =) CRASH (pop up says "hum firefox as crashed. do you want to reopen? I click ok = it recrashes again and again) I'm getting to you as I've tried ALL solving problem issues I could find but none seems to work. Basically I have: - Desinstalled and reinstalled the App (from store or link) 10 times already. - “Repaired” my Firefox account on PC in case it had someting to do with it. - Posted the issue on Apple IOS support which answered that if it runs ok on Mac PC then pbm come from Mozilla not IOS. - Posted the issue on French Mozilla support 5 days ago and get no answer NOTHING works and I can not get a crash report as FIrefox is not accessible once it has crashed right? I have been having trouble with getting FF to work correctly with LastPass. I have reinstalled it multiple times and tried clearing cache after installation so I have a very clean FF. The last time I had this issue, LastPass support had me clear the cache without a new download and that worked for a short time. Is there a file etc. that needs to be cleared to now work with LastPass? I am using chrome with no issues with LastPass. I do not use Safari very often but LastPass works with it on my imac.

I have not been able to get my Firefox iOS app and desktop to sync. On both my desktop and phone logins are selected for syncing but each device has its own list of logins which they wont share with each other. I can sync tabs and send tabs from desktop to my phone and the same the other way around. The only thing that doesn't seem to sync is passwords/ logins.
I have uninstalled the app on my phone I have logged out and back in I have cleared connected devices on my account and relogged in
None of the above have worked in getting my device to sync.
When I do a fresh install I only get back the logins that I've manually entered onto my phone. It seems to have it's own list separate form the desktop and neither device is sharing login sync.
Any help would be appreciated, I have 300+ logins on my desktop version and have only manually moved over a small handful to my phone because manually doing so is a pain and they won't sync if I update one on the phone or computer to the other device.
I'm on iOS 109 and desktop version is 109.0 (64-bit). I have been trying for weeks on and off to resolve this issue.

Just wondering if anyone else is having this curious behavior after updating to FF v112.0 for iOS - every time I quit/ close the FF app, it spawns a new dock shortcut '(even though I already have a valid one from prior use there which works fine!)'.

Ever since the new update my Firefox has deleted all my tabs and won’t let me open any urls. I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no changes. The only solution I’ve seen that could work would be sending my log report, yet haven’t found anywhere to post said log. Overall I’m lost at where to solve my problem with my app crashing. For context I’m using an iPhone that’s currently running iOS 14.

Phone and Firefox up to date. This is NOT immediately after iOS update nor after a Firefox update. I have settings confirmed that should keep me in private browsing. Triple checked this. Even uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox and reestablished proper settings.
I’ll be browsing in a private browser, will re-open Firefox and SOMETIMES, not always, I’ll be in a non-private browser.

My Firefox on my iPad alsways crashes when I try to select a synched tabs from another Firefox on a different device. The tabs from the other devices show up and the sync is always up to date, but the windows does not react on any interaction, instead the Browser crashes after about 1 minute of inresponsiveness and returns to the home screen of my iPad. I already discenneted and reconnected the Firefox account used for sync on this browser, it did not help. I use the same Firefox version on my iPhone and that does not have this issues, selecting tabs from other devices works as intended.
Firefox version: 114.3 (31916) iPad OS: 16.5.1 (did not work in iPadOS 16.5. either)
