For the last month photos on my browser won’t open photos. I checked my setting and show photos tab was off which was weird so I turned it on then I was able to see photos but when I closed that tab opened a new tab it went back to no show. Totally Killer loves my Zilla

Hello community, I hope someone can help me. I really like using Firefox, also on my iPhone, and have several 100 tabs open on it. However, since the latest update, I can no longer open (almost) any of my tabs, see screenshot. How can I fix this problem? Can I maybe somehow downgrade back to the 110 version of Firefox? Thanks for any help

When I glance away then tap to wake up phone the browser pops a new tab which is frustrating-to the point I am ready to use something else on my phone if I can't downgrade the browser version. I need to know how to downgrade because my browser is now not a joy to use. Note, I did not change my browser settings-it was the last simple update that broke it.

Since updating to 123.4 it frequently happens that I tap a link in a website and it loads about:blank and won’t stop doing that until I force quit Firefox and restart it

All my inactive tabs on Firefox iOS are unable to be opened, whenever I tap on them the page won’t load and I can’t even copy the url from the search bar since there’s nothing there, and half the time the app crashes too whenever I’m on one of the inactive tabs.

I also can’t use the hamburger menu to copy the link or send to another device, and though the tab thumbnail is saved in the cache the page itself refuses to load.

Is there a way to bring them back? I’m running the latest version of the app and iOS.

I've somehow lost my Firefox account which is my primary browser. It has all my favorites and now it seems like it was never there and I have to start over. I'm sure there is a way to get it back but O don't know how. Please help. I could install/save but I think I'd lose everything that was there.

Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.

Hello. I was told viaApp Store review to come here and describe my issue. So I was hoping to upload my video to better show off what I am having major issues with. Unfortunately I cannot. So I'll settle with uploading the screencaps of what I see Everytime I go to a different tab in my plethora of tabs open.

The best way I can describe it is that I jump around tabs when I focus in on one, even if it's brief. And it's annoying to find out where I left off Especially when I open a new tab in the background. No other browser does that and if they did, it's been long fixed already.

So starting from the Homepage, I scroll up a bit to open up the next screenshot of Otakon. Once I go back to the tab page, I jump to a different area entirely, the last tab no where to be found but still present. So I then scroll up more to the definition of 'ambition' and then go back to the tab page. Now I'm back to where the Otakon tab was at. It's just lots of that using the browser and it's annoying especially if I'm doing a little shopping.

Hi, After latest update Firefox stopped loading some sites. Example: ynet.co.il (one of the most popular local sites in IL). After trying to load this site, the browser’s tab breaks - “back” doesn’t work, and it doesn’t load other sites.

My tabs keep crashing and every time I reopen Firefox I have to reclick all tabs, public and private. Last week, I had to delete the app because nothing worked. But since I reinstalled it, I have had to constantly reclick all tabs both public and private at least 5 times a day because it disappears.

Quite a few news websites seem to be circumventing Firefox’s reader view feature. This includes my favorite tech website arstechnica.com which insists on using text that is too small to read. Now reader view can only be activated on this website on desktop. This is now the case with a bunch of websites recently. I hope you guys are working on this. Thanks again!

All of a sudden I cannot access common sites like the postal service. A note says I do not have access and gives an error code:73640084513950300371530676155619816679720034968299102359

It has happened on more than one site, both https

I'm not sure why a company founded in 1998 still doesn't have a live chat feature and actively try to make already angry customers jump through hoops to get support. Ridiculous.

Yesterday, I had a lot of very important tabs open on Firefox, there was no updates, no crashes, nothing. I simply closed the app and when I wished to resume working later all my tabs were gone. I checked recently deleted or retrieve tabs but nothing. I'm not even upset, I'm sure this was done on purpose to force me to buy Firefox plus or try to get me to spend more of my money. Get it fixed.
