Hi.

Meanwhile FF for iOs eats up 5 GB of Disk Space on my iPad Pro 2022. I did try to research how to avoid this to no avail.

Any hint is welcome.

Recently on my older iPad (5th generation) whenever I do an image search and click on a highlighted image (any highlighted image) or the corresponding thumbnail link, doing so always and only results in a blank page. If however, I choose the option to open the image in a new tab, then and only then does the search go to the desired site. All the other search options seem to work fine.

I have cleared my caches and deleted my histories to no avail. Removing and reinstalling Firefox did not help. Rebooting didn’t do it either. Have I caught a malware that my antivirus protection has failed to detect? Is it a bug in the app?

I’m stumped.

Firefox for iPadOS (version 125.1) does not completely download files. I get the blue „Completed“-bar at the bottom of the screen. Most of the time it gives the correct file name in the download folder and sometimes, as with Thingiverse, the name of the download is „Unknown“. But always the download is just a few kB big. I have to copy&paste the URL to Safari and redo the download. Safari always does downloads correctly. Suggestions highly appreciated.

I have successfully switched from chrome to firefox, installed all my extensions and transferred the bookmarks. However, I noticed that credit card details to not autofill when I try to purchase something which is a dealbreaker for me. After some research, I learnt that this feature is somehow limited to some countries (US, Canada,...). While I was able to update this by ading my country to the list in the Desktop all (following https://superuser.com/questions/1694712/how-do-i-enable-credit-card-autofill-feature-outside-u-s-and-canada), I am unable to access the same setting in the mobile app.

Could someone advise how to enable credit card autofill in the iOS app? For clarity, this works in the Desktop app so the details are there. It also works in chrome on iOS so I don't really understand why chrome can do it but Firefox mobile can't...

Hi - I deleted & reinstalled Firefox focus for IOS because I was unable to email myself articles from FF. Now, every time I open an email on my Protonmail app, instead of it opening in Safari, it opens in FF (where I have Safari turned off). What have I done? (lol) And could you please help?

If I install Firefox 124.0, will I have an opportunity to change the default tab order setting to "Tab Order" instead of "Recently Opened" before the browser messes up the order of my 100s of open tabs?

I'm responsible for updating a website bluenelson.org. A section of the home page will not display on my Mac but it does display when I use Safari. I've update all the software, rebooted and I'm out of options. Can someone help me?

You know, I really need to import my bookmarks from safari to a more secure browser like a privacy browser and I don’t know why I can’t just do that. Where is the option to do that? I mean this feature is so important, if not critical.

I made a ton of bookmarks on safari and now I’m like I need certain bookmarks on a private secure browser like this one.

I am using Firefox 124.2 (40108) on my iPhone with iOS 16.7.7 (20H330) and using DuckDuckGo as the default search engine. Loading settings with their Cloud Save service does not work as expected: the settings reset each time you restart the app.

How to get DuckDuckGo settings to persist across sessions in the app?

in the bookmarks page on iOS devices, Why can't we swipe back to the previous state and we have to press the previous arrow, Is it an issue or just something else?

Would want to make this post along time ago but I thought users and developers would notice it.

Following the creation of this ticket, please find below my issues :

- Why does Firefox can go into blank “black” or purple screen for no reason apart from working into multiple windows (and not tabs from Firefox) (cf. Screenshot enclosed)

- Why is it not possible to download audio files ? It goes into playing mode only (cf. Screenshot enclosed)

- Why do I have multiple sessions opened at the same time like for Web browsing or syncing devices, and some of them incorrectly identified or easily removable without interruption of services (in particular I notice Safari instead of Firefox Private in strict mode ? Or same device named differently like Firefox iPad or Firefox iOS 122, iPad ? Also some where not present yesterday but when looking again today it is said connected 5 days ago). In case of my device being hijacked or in parallel used in the background, can you provide diagnostic support to validate this situation ? (cf. Screenshots enclosed)

Also I can notice that on some particular secure website (cf. Example in screenshot enclosed) lateral or horizontal scrolling is not correctly working with important time lagging with mice. “Without touch screen which seems to respond better, I would have throw away my machine”.
