When firefox updated all of a sudden when I go to youtube sound will not play. My music has sound, when I go to chrome and safari youtube has sound. I have done everything in your help section (Not blocking - allowing audio on all websites etc), clearing cache and cookies and restarting - still no audio
While using Firefox, sometmes my images slant at a 45 degree angle. This doesn't seem to happen with other browsers. How can I fix this?

Following the creation of this ticket, please find below my issues :
- Why does Firefox can go into blank “black” or purple screen for no reason apart from working into multiple windows (and not tabs from Firefox) (cf. Screenshot enclosed)
- Why is it not possible to download audio files ? It goes into playing mode only (cf. Screenshot enclosed)
- Why do I have multiple sessions opened at the same time like for Web browsing or syncing devices, and some of them incorrectly identified or easily removable without interruption of services (in particular I notice Safari instead of Firefox Private in strict mode ? Or same device named differently like Firefox iPad or Firefox iOS 122, iPad ? Also some where not present yesterday but when looking again today it is said connected 5 days ago). In case of my device being hijacked or in parallel used in the background, can you provide diagnostic support to validate this situation ? (cf. Screenshots enclosed)
Also I can notice that on some particular secure website (cf. Example in screenshot enclosed) lateral or horizontal scrolling is not correctly working with important time lagging with mice. “Without touch screen which seems to respond better, I would have throw away my machine”.

YouTube has blocked it's videos with an Adblock notice even after all such adblocks were removed. After removing my History and then my Cache, the Adblock notice reappeared blocking any video that I might try to watch. This has been happening all week, I called Apple five times and the final call ended by telling me they had no further ability to help me with such a software issue. This is no way to treat a satisfied customer, I listen to music to meditate each morning and now spend hours trying to avoid the blockage before my morning can begin. My days have been miserable as a result. Please help!
