Can you please instruct me how to upgrade my firefox browser Nr.78.15.0esr on my apple laptop OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5. I need to be able to use this very laptop for internet usage. Please tell me what other firefox browser could be uploaded in case the latest version cannot be uploaded on my current laptop. I am awating your answer asap. Thank you for your help!

How do I update Firefox? Or is this system out of date? I run OS X Yosemite 10.10.5

I am not a "techie" kind of person, so please bear with me. I received the email from Mozilla telling me to update my Firefox.

Will Firefox 78.15.0 continue to work on my Mac after March 31, 2024? I do not use Sync. I do have many bookmarks and saved passwords. The email from Mozilla is a bit unclear what will happen. I am using an older computer running Mac OS 10.10.5 and cannot update to a newer system, so I cannot update Firefox. Thanks very much.

Hi I recieved an Email Notification From Firefox Mozilla saying that i need to Upgrade my Forefox Browser on my MacBook Pro 2009 ( Operating System Yosemite Version 10.10.5 ) by 31st of march.my Firefox is set to update automatically

 so,  Is this a Legit Notification or a scam 
and , if legit, how do i go about doing it without updating my Operating system

From my adobe account, I try to launch my web based apps so I can use the web based adobe acrobat, and the browser page opens as a blank screen only. I am on an older mac book w/ Yosemite 10.10.5 and Firefox is up to date wiht 78.15.0esr (64-bit). Please help! I need to be able to manipulate pdfs. Thank you

I am trying to go to a webpage but I can't the page content correctly as I do on my phone or ipad. Do I have to use Firefox? Is an update needed...my computere says I'm using an updated version. Help! It's important for my son's HS project and deadline is tomorrow.

Our bank has notified us that we need to update our browser. We have a Mac (21.5-inch, Late 2009) with OSX Yosemite version 10.10.5. We are currently using Firefox 78.15.0 and it is up to date. Is there another version of Firefox that we can install that would be compatible with our older Mac and would allow us to access our bank? If so, how do we go about updating it. Thank you

Good morning :-) All of a sudden my gmail no longer opens in Mozilla Firefox. All other sites work, and my gmail works in Chrome and Safari. I don't like to use any other browser. I've tried the bookmark and went outside the bookmark, and neither works. It just spins and spins. Can you please help me?

Dragging and Dropping an image from a website to desktop for a “.jpg” file extension in Firefox 78.15.0esr (64-bit) (right click + drag to desktop) only works some of the time on a Mac Book Air. When “.jpg” saving does not work, image file is saved as a “weblog” (see image below). How can I do a permanent fix?

Many sites that I go to state that my Firefox is out of date. But, when I look for an update, I can't find one. I have my settings set to "Update automatically" so don't know if it is or isn't updated.

On my airbook trash from usa, I have the latest version of Firefox 103.something The later is COMPLETE trash and I even doubt if it is from Mozilla, but on viewing these pitiful "help" pages perhaps that is the American way. Because A. I DON'T want ANY dates written in a Son-from-sicko manner. B. I don't want more space wasted with - zoom + controls on the menu bar and beside "New Tab". C. I want to help you poor b*ggers, but if you can't speak nor write in English then clearly you will have difficulty explaining what you are trying to establish. Americans are KNOWN for not being able to express themselves using the English language. So WHY would anyone let them have ANY say in how things are organised? D. I don't want to automatically check if Firefox is the latest version and as one person complained "It keeps asking you if you want to update ten times a day". I want it (the firefox prompt) to be able to inform me a maximum of

     2. Once a week
     3. Once a month

with frequency set at a rate which is adjustable. D. I LOST all my data stored in the various TABS because on reboot (on the mac air), the Firefox (102) changed to a later version (103) and LOST all my Tab information and History!!

As I am not a typical American pervert who is ashamed of looking at various sites and thus is afraid of someone finding out what he has viewed: I do NOT need to erase History. WHY would anyone wish to erase all the evidence of the work they have spent the day doing? I NEVER erase history as I wish to keep a record of the various methods I have used in educating the uninformed, so that we ALL at some point can become enlightened. THUS, the clear DATE (WHICH INCLUDES TIME!!!) should show the very second that I logged on to each particular address. It is hence SIMPLE to see where we have wasted most of our time and therefore LEARN to avoid those sites (typically American) in future, since they have a common SOURCE (USA land where most people live in wooden huts yet use the most resources).

Now, set that in front of your team of experts around the globe to play with for the next year and come back when you have got the BASICS right!!! I've no idea how ANYONE could even THINK of asking an American something unless they wanted to know if the Crossball Rangers had done well in the SuperBall basket ball rally. "You must be signed in to add comments" should be written FIRST so that we don't waste our time writing when we have no intention of going through the tedious process of "signing in" when you guys can't even get the DATE right!!!!>

Now this whole message goes into my own records of "dealing with yanks" folder under Firefox and not mozilla, since you don't even have the ability to send us a copy of what we have written for our own convenience. Clearly almost an hour spent on trying to educate at least ONE individual (who perhaps reads this), just one hour of thousands of hours I have spent seeking to get the message across for the past thirty years. Peter Jennings (yes ABC News) was thankful that I informed him and 300 million other Americans of the earthquake back in the late 1980s but that is beyond the scope of this present matter.

Hi. Today, I noticed an unknown gmail address is superimposed on every Firefox screen & site I visit. It is locked in position as I scroll.

I've refreshed Firefox, opened it in Safe Mode. Quit & restarted Firefox & still the strangers' gmail address remains in place, even when opening a Private Window.

Is "8brentk@gmail.com" known to anyone? Have I been hacked? What can & should I do to get rid of this weird thing? Thanks.
