My Firefox tab crashes often. I eventually need to reboot Firefox. My Windows 11 patches is always up to date and I did system checkups often. I cleared cache files too.

When Firefox is launched to maximized, the Windows Taskbar does not display when the Taskbar is set to Hide. Firefox takes over the entire screen. When I use two monitors and Firefox is on the second monitor it the toolbar is visible.

How can I stop this from occurring?

When logged in to the Shopify Website (admin page) using Firefox browser, attempt to click any link on the page automatically makes the page disappear and re-loops to my Login Page. I've worked with Shopify's Tech team and their investigation suggested...1st-remove cookies and cache on Firefox (did not work), 2nd-they tested their site and came back with no problems, everything works, 3rd-Try using Google Chrome browser to see if I would experience same problem of re-looping to my Login Page, everything works...no-re-looping to my Login Page and every link on the page works. On Shopify's Tech team recommendation as well as my desire to remain with Firefox browser, I need to get this problem of "page disappearing/re-looping to Login Page" on Shopify website fixed. This happens at random intervals, mostly when firefox is being left idle.

Since it starts >1000 threads, it easily fills ram and swap, then get killed by OOM killer. Hence no crash reports.

I'll upload a gist with OOM details from dmesg and journalctl, if there is a way to get debug info for this, please let me know.

I got these errors on my console when I load the page. Everything is correct, but after doing some actions (button clicks or text inputting), the web is crashing, and I get these errors in the console, and it starts infinitely reloading.

I have many hundreds of Bookmarks, maybe thousands, in a lot of Folders. However, a search will NOT find a Folder with the Search name.

Is there any way to get around this omission?

How do I get back a previous session of Firefox (windows)? Firefox froze up. I restarted my computer. Now my session in Firefox doesn't show up at all in 'History'. Isn't there a way to recover a previous session?? I've never had this issue before and had a lot of important tabs in that session that would take many hours to try and find in my complete history from all links.....

recently i upgraded firefox to version 117.0.1. Soon after that when i close my firefox window and later than open new session, the old tabs do not reopen. This is even when i have "Open previous windows and tabs" option checked in general section of firefox setting. attached is the screenshot for the same. pls help.

I just switched to Firefox from Chrome, because Chrome was crashing all the time.

All I want to do is sync my computer, laptop, phone and Ipad's reading list. I want to be able to see an article on one device, add to the reading list, and have it on all devices.

I'm logged in under the same name on all, and it says sync is on, but the reading lists are different.

Bought a new PC. Did not export firefox bookmarks. Downloaded Firefox to new PC, lost all old bookmarks on Sept 5, recycled old PC at recycle center. Is there any way my Firefox account would have my old bookmarks?

Automatic redirecting Firefox redirects to "https://www.google.com/?gws_rd=ssl" every time I am trying to open any page on a website. The page disappears after a second or two. I can open it with old version of Google Chrome or new Opera but not in Firefox. I have been visiting this website for years and now I can't. It happens in any version of Firefox I have installed.

Many websites I use on a regular basis have become unusable on firefox which i have used for over a decade. I can't change my Flickr cover photo because the pop up window is too huge, can't view a complete google doc because the thing is enormous, etc. The issue is that I MUST have the ability to set text in firefox to larger and I do so via the view - zoom in and zoom text only options. I have to have this ability because I have a visual disability. I do not have this issue using chrome but I detest chrome and want to keep using firefox, but entire portions of windows are cut off when they open up and I can't access them by zooming out either. The only thing that changes is the text gets so small that it is totally unreadable. This is a HUGE problem for me. I will NOT change my default windows setting to try and fix a firefox issue because that then screws up my window sizes for games, programs etc for my other software that I also use daily. So I won't be changing what works for 20 programs via windows settings to make ONE browser work better. This is a firefox problem, and firefox needs to fix it. I have tried multiple solutions cited online and nothing is working. If firefox is trying to get rid of it's users with visual disabilities, this is the way to go. I've downloaded and installed and updated Firefox on a new windows 11 PC - and I have a perfectly working installation on my (old) windows 10 Machine, so I'm well used to the browser! I've downloaded, installed and enabled three core, up-to-date addons: IDM, Adaware and Internet downlad helper: however NONE of them show on the toolbar and none of them function. And I've tried (I hope) all internet-search-suggested remedies such as reset Firefox etc. ad nauseam. All without success....

When I start FF I get a Windows popup requiring an admin username and pw to run Firefox Updater. I'm in a corporate environment and users don't have admin rights (which is standard for any company doing reasonable security). I checked the properties on firefox.exe and updater.exe and neither requires admin or is set to run in compatibility mode. Chrome and Edge update without an admin requirement.

I want to use Classic Bing as my homepage on Firefox. But, Microsoft has shoved New Bing down our throats for most of the year. There's a large white search box AND an enormous gray box "Introducing the New Bing." Both of these boxes take up half of the homepage, and completely obscure the Bing daily image, the only reason I use Bing. How in the world can Firefox help me get rid of these New Bing annoyances and let me enjoy the Bing daily images?

I like to keep my bookmarks neat & tidy. That's why it's irritating to find duplicate "Other Bookmarks" in my Bookmarks Folder. I now have 3 of these folders. They all have exactly the same info in each of them. There are actually 2 "Other Bookmarks" folders in my main Bookmark Folder in addition to the original one under Bookmarks Menu.

I'd like to have just the original one that's filed under Bookmarks Menu. I'm afraid if I try to delete the extra ones that I'll somehow delete all of them. I've attached images of what I'm seeing.
