Every other day I get a notice to update and restart and all it does is "download" or so it shows, sunts down never restarts. When I restart the browser it is the exact same version. Itis constantly ging no where. Any thoughts.............

I just opened a pop up that you sent - asking to choose a colour. I had no idea it would change the look of Firefox. Please could you instruct me how to change it back to how it was.

Firefox just stropped working for me. Would be unable to load any pages after 5-10 minutes until I restarted the browser. No other troubleshooting worked so I had to refresh firefox and now my firefox private network add on is gone. All my other add ons are still there but I can't re-download private network without paying a subscription, even though I have had it installed for years. How do I access that add on? I don't understand why I would need to pay for something I already had and only lost becasue firefox malfunctioned.

No idea who is gonna respond on this but hope someone can help..

Sometimes when I open Firefox, a new tab opens with the Bing search page. This happens irregularly, but I'd guess perhaps once a month or so.

I have Firefox configured to remember my previous session, and I always have tabs left over from the previous session. So I never see the homepage, but my homepage and new tab page are both configured to be "Firefox Home (default)".

I'm on Windows 10. I have checked my homepage config, about:addons and Installed Programs; there is no mention of Bing. When I type in the Firefox address bar or the search bar, the search uses Google, as I expect.

Any idea why I occasionally get bing.com opening up in a tab when I launch Firefox?

Don't mean to complain about such a trivial thing, but on macOS the new icon for Firefox as of 106 just doesn't look right. It was PERFECT before this. Yes, I know I can copy and paste the old one into the new and it's problem solved, but figured I'd post here to see what everyone else thinks. Again, it's not the end of the world, but it just doesn't look right.

Recently, I did run an update on my Mozilla Firefox browser but then I noticed that the Amazon search shortcut had changed to Amazon-Fr. It is no longer the Amazon-UK as it used to be and it is impossible to revert it. I followed all the guidelines that your support page has published on your page here [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/assign-shortcuts-search-engines]. This availed to nothing and it was a waste of time. I honestly believe that something is pretty not right with the shortcut assignments. I attach images as evidence to show what I am writing is true.

Can you grant assistance in this matter?

Last few days , my laptop( windows 10) system got hanged for some reason. Then second time I got the message on my laptop , that Software Mozzila Firefox got crashed. It had stopped working for few minutes then I restarted it. 1) Has it happened to my System? 2) or even others got the same experience? 3) How to start PC when windows stopped working Suddenly. 4)Was the Mozzila Firefox failure / crash, was the reason, behind PC not working during first time? 5) On laptop a message appears , to upgrade Operating system to Windows 11( currently it is windows 10) from MS. What is the suggestion from Mozzila/

Getting sick of this crap that everything has to have this BLACKNESS crap in it, 13% of the population shoved in everything, You never see Asians, or any other race now, it's always this black crap, everything in now divershittyfied.

Beginning today 10/20/22, you cannot block autoplay of audio or video on the nytimes website, using either the desktop or android version of Firefox.

can someone tell me when 6 years of using firefox all of asudden i dont exist and all of a sudden i cant sync my passwords.

Secure Connection Failed message when I try to go to known sites and when I access them in Chrome I have no issues I have already done the refresh and still have the issue. I doubt that this is an issue with the website I am trying to access. If you can't help me get this resolved it may be time to end my long time as a Firefox fan.

Firefox not registering the "SUBMIT" button at bottom of the page to "submit" an application for student loan partial debt relief. Click on it and it never submits, even though the form is completed and no omissions are noted. Instantly works just fine on CHROME. My peers noted same issue. Changing back to Chrome due to this. Site is https://studentaid.gov/debt-relief/application

ALSO - major cleanup any false search results on this issue - useful details on HOW TO CHANGE THE FIREFOX hamburger, application menu, context menu, right side menu. After you make the change and make this menu user friendly - please sweep old support inaccuracies.

Whenever I increase the zoom level above 100%, the level indication in the search box/bar is not aligned properly, i.e. not centered in the box -see attached screenshot.

I know it is not really essential, but it disturbs me to see the misalignment, so is there anything i can do to adjust this.

I use Linux Mint 21 but have also seen the same behavior in Windows 10.

Sometimes the browser comes up with "Access Denied You don't have permission to access www.kroger.com" is the latest example. Once that message comes up nothing I do will get me to the website I want. I have to switch over to Microsoft Edge to continue my browsing.
