I now have a very long Account Recovery Key which I have saved in a secure place, but I don't know how or when to use it. I am 85 years old, and am challenged whenever I have to sign in.

Previously, when I clicked on the Firefox profile icon, it showed all 4 profiles at once. Now it only shows 3 initially, and to access the 4th one I have to click "All Profiles" and then select the specific profile. Is there a way to make it show all 4 profiles together again, like before?

I would like to be able to turn off preload of videos (and images) so that I can watch a page with a lot of videos and only load those that I want to see. This is important if you don't have a high bandwith or a lot of data. I am sure I have done this before but now I am not able to achieve that.

2 days ago QR-codes stopped to show when I use Firefox, I still get the codes if I use Safari or other browsers. Please help me, because I love using Firefox... Regards Uffe

Having Major problems NOW No Rt-Clk function in Ff Ff menu buttons non-functional Ff tabs can no longer be rearranged Data entry fields, dropdowns, Submit buttons, & "add to cart" buttons not working on Ff pages -Things I've tried; I rebooted Ff & Windows several times each - No Joy I cleared Ff startup cache twice - No Joy HELP! I use Ffox for roughly 85% of my online activities - I'm pretty much hosed

I tried updating Firefox or testing for the crash in Troubleshoot Mode, but it keeps crashing every minutes or so. Here is the report ID bp-67065b07-74d6-417e-b7de-caf500260906

This started happening in the past 2 days. I would navigate through a page or a forum to an article or listing that I want to read. when I go to the link, the page goes into reader mode, refreshes rapidly, and usually crashes to a previous screen. It’s been happening on almost every website I go to. In addition, if I press the shift key, the debug window opens and closes. Things I’ve tried:

It’s only Firefox, I don’t get this behavior in chrome, brave, or duckduck I’ve disabled extensions, and tried troubleshooter mode I’ve disabled hardware acceleration I’ve cleared cache I’ve wiped Firefox from my system and did a clean install I’ve wiped Firefox and installed an older version

None of these have worked. I’d like to keep Firefox on my pc because I’ve used it since the beginning. Any help would be appreciated.
