Not exactly sure why but the browser is no longer working for my banking. I first noticed it a week ago when I tried to log in and then ended up calling the bank tech support. They told me to use google chrome instead. I have been using Firefox for years and never had a problem. After researching for latest update changes, I tried changing the settings to allow cookies for the session for the bank but this did not work either. Any idea why this is happening? Thank you. Firefox fully updated for fully updated Windows 10 21H2 on HP Envy, 16 GB ram, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.40 GHz. Only trouble known is that suddenly FF would not operate the Ancestry.com properly after years of everything operating just fine there. Finally swapped browsers to Chrome. That works 100% ok. My problem is that I want to use Firefox not Chrome.

I recently accessed Firefox Monitor. Living in Australia we had a large Data Breach from Optus (Phone carrier) in Sept last year. Yet it was not litsed in your list. Please advise

The tabs on Firefox seem to be smaller than they were a few days ago, and I can't find where to enlarge them. It would help if right-clicking the Tab Bar brought up a "view" option.

Citibank cannot access the online account changed pass word and it keeps asking me for the new password.

Citibank says Firefox has to be restored?

With the latest release of Firefox the Extensions are no longer viewable above the toolbar. One in particular ScrollSave needs to be set (turned on) at the exact scrolled location and now this capability has been lost.

Any suggestions.

Windows Edge has taken over as my browser. How do I get firefox to be my browser by default? I have tried many times but the box to delete windows edge is greyed out. Please help

I have an older version of FF (V. 55) and am trying to find a way to transfer all my windows/tabs that I accumulated using the old "Tab Groups". Any help on this one also greatly appreciated.

None of the screens that I see re. "Strict Tracking"in the support pages work when I try them on my version. I want to change my tracking to "strict", but cannot find out how. Also, I see hundreds of trackers esp. every time when I have to use Google since that is the only one w/ which a few sites can deal. I am attaching a screenshot of the daily Adaware tracking cookie search that I schedule. If I had gone to Google, the difference would be that there would be hundreds, even from a short single visit w/ Google in the file name.

I set up 4ows of shortcuts on the home page. Almost ever shortcut had an icon. Now all of the icons are gone except for youtube, ebay and amazon. Not sure what happened to the rest of the icons. Has this happened to anyone else?

whenever i close a single open tab, firefox closes and i have to reopen it to my home page. In the past i could actually revert back to my home page after closing tabs. And then can only close down firefox by hitting the top right X. Unfortunately i have forgotten what i did last time, so any help would be appreciated Ta Doug G

Stopped receiving daily Washington Post newsletters yesterday, and they question if Firefox changed something? Is there something new preventing receiving them? If yes, how can I change it to allow the Washington Post e-mails? Thank you!

Unable to log in to Quora from GMail notifications on Firefox. While I can log in directly to Quora from Firefox, when I click on notification received on G Mail, I inevitably get the message, "something went wrong. Try again later" I need to get to Quora directly from G Mail. Please help.
