Good day. For the last week or so, I've not been able to access my banking website login page. I've tried in Chrome, it works, but I prefer not to use that browser. I can get to the primary website, but when I choose the log in page, I just get a blank page. I've not had this issue before and I've been using Firefox and the same bank for years. Do you have any suggestions as to how I fix this?

Firefox FREQUENTLY totally removes added applications attached and it totally screw up my ability to access anything when you remove my Bitdefender application from access then I have to again EXPLORE added applicaitons!!

Since April 27th have been various situations where this msg occurs: Access Denied You don't have permission to access ht tp :// signin.ebay.com/logout/confirm?" on this server. Reference #18.17fc3117.1778464971.41591197 An error has occurred

Although the letters in the reference can be different.

1. Trying to open E-Bay with an icon presented in Firefox for E-Pay, or searching Google for 'E-Bay Login', in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome this msg occurs. 2. If I can sign on, when opening searchers from a folder the searches:

	A. Some searches have the words, and show items for sale, but the rest have the access denied msg where the search words should appear. 
Will send a pic when can sign on.

2. If E-Bay will open, sometimes all searches will load ALL with the search words visible in all tabs, but when click on a link for an item to sell, the access denied msg occurs. Sometimes a few searches will load with the name of the search in the tab, but other searches will load with the will load with the words access denied, and the mas when clicked. 3. Some website like Arkaim of some such issued this msg: Your IPv4 Address 104.187.9.142 received a bad risk score. 4. Left msg on Firefox about above, no response, left 2 msgs on E-Bay Technical Support, no response, Microsoft no help, Dell no help, AT & T sent new Gateway/Modem.

IP address changed, and IPv4 changed to  IPv6. Same problem.

At & T said the old router was slower than I paid for: Speed Test 210.6, 29.7 New router 475.5, 225.8. Google AI says clear cache: Clear Cache on Desktop (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) [1, 2, 3] 1. Open Menu: Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac). 2. Time Range: Select "All time" to clear everything. 3. Select Data: Check "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files". 4. Clear: Click "Clear data" or "Clear Now". 5. Restart: Close and reopen the browser. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] I saved the icon of Network & Internet, Internet Options to delete temporary files, history, cookies, saved passwords, and web info (same Thiong??????) Lastly Google AI recommended editing the DNS to Google (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). Any danger in doing this?

Does Mozilla ever sell VPN information to ANY 3rd party for any reason?

I offer cyber security to small business and I would like share your Free VPN opportunity with them. believe it or not, other free VPN actually SELL their information in the terms and agreement to 3rd parties. I want to know of Mozilla does or does not do this.

Firefox spotted a potentially serious security issue with www.aol.fr. Someone pretending to be the site could try to steal things like credit card info, passwords, or emails. ??????? I used Aol since 1998 !!!!!!!!

Hello, I’ve been increasingly frustrated over the past few weeks with your browser, which I prefer over all the others, because it keeps crashing constantly. I’ve tried several small fixes suggested by IT professionals, such as clearing the cache, running an antivirus scan, and deleting my browsing history, but the issue persists with no improvement. At this point, my last option seems to be uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but I’m concerned about losing my bookmarks. Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? M. With the profile system, which I just used to try and fix another problem. Deleting them doesn't work I've tried manually deleting the profiles as well but they still show up in the UI and it just recreates the folder again if you try to delete it or open it. If you use the UI to try and delete it the instance and page it opens is simply blank. And now the profile I'm trying to delete isn't open. I'm trying to delete it from "original profile" and when I do it opens the a new instance of firefox with the profile I'm trying to delete with in the address bar: about:deleteprofile but the screen is empty.

I'm a decades long time Firefox user, and I always keep Firefox updated automatically to whatever is the current version. I've never had any substantial issues with Firefox in the past, but recently I've encountered some rather drastic issues.

Background: I'm ex-IT, so I tend to be ultra-conscientious about security and performance updates all across my system. I'm also highly alert for any signs that my system or apps might be compromised in any way.

Recently, I started noticing that I was unable to scroll with my keypad or keyboard on certain sub-windows and certain pop-ups in some web sites (not all). I could scroll these sub-windows/pop-ups only by touch screen, and until today that has always worked. I've been using this workaround, because I haven't had time to really look into the issue. Most sites worked fine, but many would not.

Today, however, I logged into what I know to be a legitimate web site, https://blueshieldca.com, for some important information, but this time I found I was unable to scroll ANYthing on the site using my keypad, keyboard, or touch screen. I could change pages through the on-site menus, but couldn't navigate further at all on any page. I can see that there is more information cut off at the bottom of the page, but I simply can't scroll the page to view it. I almost never use MS Edge browser, but I tried it today, and I'm not having the same problem using Edge.

I'm also having a slightly different, but similar (related?), Firefox issue with the typical cookie-settings-preferences prompts that appear initially on most web sites. Any time I try to arrow over the cookie prompts, they immediately disappear. I'm completely unable to accept, change, or set cookie preferences on any sites.

I've reviewed all my settings in Firefox and all the add-ons I use. In Firefox itself, I run the following extensions: Brave (default search), DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials, Ghostery Private Search for Firefox, Malwarebytes Browser Guard, Privacy Badger, and Express VPN (disabled) - I do not run any browser-specific VPN, but I always use Nord VPN on my system. The configuration options are overwhelming, and in spite of investigating every avenue I can think of, I haven't been able to find either a cause or a fix. I'm sure hoping you guys can help me figure this out!

My system is Windows 11 Home (25H2), 64-Bit, on a DELL XPS 13, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD drive (1/3 free), about 3 years old. In addition to the browser-specific security software mentioned above, I run Bitdefender Security. I haven't made any changes or specific updates to any apps that I can link to the inception of this problem.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

No matter what I try to read or go to, Firefox crashes repeatedly. I literally cannot use it at all. I keep getting: Gah. Your tab just crashed. We can help! Choose Restore This Tab or Restore All Crashed Tabs to reload the page/pages.

Clicking those options fixes nothing! How do I go back to the previous version, please?

I just installed the new built-in VPN - and it appears to show as running in my Mozilla Accounts page (???).

HOWEVER, that is the only place I see it!!

No icon/display panel anywhere (not showing in Customization of toolbar option either) to see usage, turn on/off, etc.??

Suddenly no audio when using Firefox. Only setting I can find says audio is allowed from all websites. There are no websites listed on that settings page. Audio works fine using other browsers. Any thoughts?

Hello! I've always used Firefox as my default browser. Now, with Windows 11 Pro, I can't get it to stay as the default. I restart my computer, and Edge reappears. I've tried adjusting registry, gpedit, Taskschd, etc., and Edge remains the default, even for PDFs! Is there any way to change Edge?.. I don't know what else to do to set Firefox and Acrobat PDF as the default. Microsoft is forcing Edge as the default. Thank you!
