Recently, a PDF file/form I have used for several years won't accept keyboard inputs within certain boxes/fields. The PDF is an odometer statement from the Michigan Secretary of State. I am able to complete all fields except for the 6 separate odometer boxes. I can move the cursor to each box but when I go to type a number, nothing shows up. I have used Firefox in the past while completing this PDF form without any problems. I have tried filling in the odometer boxes using various versions of Windows (7, 8.1, and 10) and various versions of Firefox (126, 115, and 109), but none of them will allow me to enter the numbers. As a test, I downloaded Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome, and both of those browsers allowed me to fill in the odometer boxes. I've included a link to the PDF form. The Lower Toolbar is quite handy, with for example Roboform.

Unfortunately, the way it's implemented, it comes above the lower part of the browser window, instead of being inserted at the bottom while the browser windows height is reduced.

That hides the search box when you type Control-F.

It would be nice if this could be addressed in a future release. I am using Firefox Developer 127.0b2.

The blinking screen is on ebay but it just keeps on blinking. I have tried other programs and it only happens with this one and only with ebay. Thoughts?

When I restarted my PC and opened Firefox only 1 tab Open previous windows and tabs. All the other 6 disappeared. I opened 3 additional tabs, closed Firefox, and reopened Firefox and only the one same tab was there from the previous session. Why does the feature not work properly?

I am trying to switch from Google to Firefox, but I still use my Google email. I uploaded my contacts from Google to Firefox, but I am trying to edit my own contact info in Gmail contacts, but when I click the edit button, nothing happens. Do I need to edit it in Firefox, and will that edit migrate back to Gmail? Why can't I edit it in my Gmail contacts (in the Gmail right-hand toolbar), and it will update my Firefox contacts automatically?

If you are going to require "A" file type, fucking say what type it has to be and provide a converter or screenshot tool! I Tried .Docx and PDF. Word does not save to PNG or JPEG so they are not an option.

AT THIS POINT, I AM STRONGLY RECONSIDERING SWITCHING FIREFOX!!!!!!

Getting application errors on some sites – but the same site works in other browsers. This has been happening over the last couple of weeks – getting application errors on some sites but not in other browsers. On the example shown I see the login page flash briefly then replaced by the error.

When scrolling down through the YouTube home page, the current tab will crash and end up as a small window near the bottom right of the screen with a totally blacked out screen in that small window.

Only solution is to close that little window and open YouTube in a new tab... which will eventually crash the same way.

I have disabled the tracking shield for Youtube.com Problems are even worse with the tracking shield enabled.

These type of problems started with version 125. I hoped things would be resolved with 126 but problems still persist. Other websites have issues as well. Mostly with image displays such as on carfax.com when trying to view photos of cars with their photo scroller widget.

I'm not having these problems with the Edge browser.

There is a display issue when I search anything in the url bar. It goes up the window, and disappears completely if many suggestions are made. The issue disappears when in troubleshooting mode. I disabled all plugins, changed the theme to no avail.

I've added https://x.com as an exception site but it is still blocked.

This is outright censorship which is something fascists do.

Tell me how to fix your browser so I may access x.com again or I stop using Firefox forever.

Firefox 126 has changed the tabbar tab background handling and I cannot find a way to get my graphical tab background back for the selected tab. The left image shows FF 125.3; the left 126.0, which installed itself yesterday. In the userchrome for the old Firefox I have:

[I am making this post using the older version of Firefox. If I get some suggestions I'll reinstall the newer version (actually turn auto update back on) and try them out. Thanks.]

Windows 10 professional for workstations Firefox build 126.0

My browser auto updated today and after the refresh I found that the history under the address bar has been broken. It now displays only in part and over top of the address bar itself which as you can imagine is unusable. See image attached.

I entered troubleshoot mode and the problem went away. So I disabled all my extensions and addons, but the problem persists (when not in trouble shoot mode)

Any idea what could be causing this? It is hampering my ability to do my job.

Running Firefox 126.0, which Firefox' About link says is current. Dell laptop running (current) Win10 Pro.

As recently as last Wednesday (15 May 24), everything was normal. Since yesterday (16 May), on the Wall Street Journal site, after I have logged in, I no longer have access to articles' comment threads. The Show Conversation button shows 0 comments (which is erroneous), and when I click the button, it changes to Hide Conversation (which is normal), but nothing else happens--just white space and no comments or comment text entry field.

On Fox News, the comment thread doesn't display, and there's not even displayed a link to a comment thread. Until yesterday, the thread normally displayed, but required login to comment. Since yesterday, logging in changes nothing: the comment thread still doesn't display at all.

On X (nee Twitter), when I click the login icon, I get the usual login box--but it's solid black with only a rotating arrow signifying "loading." It never finishes loading. An added fillip: X, as recently as last Wednesday, displayed in its usual black text on a white background. Now it displays as white text on a black background. I can click on X links sent to me and get that particular X post to display, but I cannot log in.

When I go to those sites in Edge, everything behaves normally: I have access to comment threads, and I can log in to X. One exception: X displays as white text on a black background on Edge, also. This doesn't seem to be an X thing, though; on my wife's laptop (Firefox 126.0), running WIn11Pro, her X display is the "normal" black text on white background.

I haven't changed any settings in Firefox. I do have a couple of ad blockers, and I've turned those off, one at a time and both together; that had no effect.

How can I get things back to normal in Firefox?

Hi After the latest update, the address bar dissapears everytime I click on it to type in an address. It gets hidden behind previous addresses I visited. Completely unusable. I have no idea why it is so bad and how to fix, please help. Thanks

I was having issues with my laptop so I decided to do a System Restore to a previous date. Once completed, I opened Firefox and tried to restore previous sessions, but none were found. I also noticed that the shortcuts were blank, possibly uninstalled. I clicked on shortcuts and nothing opened. I downloaded Firefox again and reinstalled, but now I cannot restore my previous sessions. I tried to restore going to History>Manage History>Import and Backup>Restore>Choose File and selecting previous.jsonlz4 and recovery.jsonlz4 file with a date from last month, but again nothing happens. I searched around for answers, but only came across instructions to compress jsonlz4 file and decompress using mozlz4 without any instructions on how to use it.

What else can I do?
