A blank survey pops up in my homepage each time I open Firefox, I haven't filled it yet since I don't know what it entails and what it is about. There is no option to close it either, and it seems bugged as it isn't going away even after updating the version of Firefox, it is still present on 125.0.2 version. Kindly assist regarding the same. I have attached a picture of the same herewith.

In recent attempts to join a few webinars I am now getting more and more "TLS Errors." I have noticed that many of the solutions to this problem involve actions that do not solve the problem but create larger issues. Do you have a solution that works safely? I am forced to use Windows 7 unfortunately due to work systems and a long story. I think this is my primary problem but I have to keep using it until the bitter end with this PC.

I was using Amazon just fine a few days ago. When I tried to open an amazon link yesterday, I got the message: Secure Connection Failed. I tried updating my browser and clearing my cache and cookies. Please fix

I have a unique annoyance wherein I use a considerably long email address for many sites. I've gotten tired of typing it out whenever it comes up and wish for it to be preserved as an autofill across all sites so I no longer have to, similar to how your phone may suggest your email address in autocomplete.

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, you can only manually add autofills for specific sites and with password attached. So my question is, is there a way to make the address be a suggested autofill on username/email address boxes across all sites?

(not interested in having form history saved, just want this one specific form entry)

Hello, I have problem with firefox. When I try download from facebook page files .docx, .xlsx (Microsoft Office) Firefox automatically download it as PDF and file is broken. I don't know how to repair this. Please help, it is very frustrating.

I am a Salesforce (improveit! 360) user, exclusively browsing with Firefox for over 12 years without any problems. The most recent Firefox update 125.0.2 (64-bit) has caused an issue with my staff calendar. I have reached out to improveit! 360 they are a force.com developer and they will not help, said the error is caused by Firefox interpreting the code. I have figured out a work around to get the calendar to load correctly for a short term solution. Below is a screenshot of the error, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have managed to figure out ways to remove items from context menus from various pages here and around the web however it always seems to leave an additional unwanted separator line that I cannot find how to get rid of.

There are a number of additional lines I am looking to remove but the current one that is annoying me (based on most usage) is the additional line between 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' and Search which is an add-on - Simple Context Search - https://tinyurl.com/yck5c (as shown in the attachment).

I did have 'search google for...' directly above the 'Search for Google' option which I removed.

I also removed 'Copy Link' which was above the 'Copy Link Without Site Tracking' option which I also removed.

Hope the above makes sense and any help greatfully appreciated.

I received a scam Apple (security) popup (on which I never clicked) and from that point on, some 30+ obsolete tabs congregate across the top Firefox browser window. How do i lose all these unwanted tabs?

I get the following message when going online with Firefox: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I've followed all the prompts to restart the computer, refresh the computer, delete the favicons.sqlite and places.sqlite and it won't allow me to delete them. This happened yesterday as well. Yesterday I could delete those files and everything was restored. But today I can't get it to work.

Re-booting following a power failure, I entered my pin & received a message something like, "Would you like to sign out? If you continue you risk losing personal data. You can protect your data by signing out, then signing in again". So I signed out, then signed in again and the boot proceeded but it was like a brand new installation. Desktop background was Windows blue, about half my desktop icons gone, all default apps reset, in Firefox all my plug-ins/extensions gone, all my bookmarks gone. And Windows Settings now won't let me set Firefox as the default browser and when FF offers to set itself as the default browser, that doesn't work either.

I've got the feeling this is some kind of identity issue gone awry but I don't know how to fix it. Hoping someone on this forum recognizes the problem, and knows a solution. Thanks for any help offered.

In numerous cases i have found not to be beneficial when website's search function is activated on Ctrl+F keyboard shortcut and where is better to use regular Firefox on-page search instead. I think that the good site has search button/area visible so i can use it when needed.

So please how to disable Firefox's search (Ctrl + F keyboard shortcut) to activate website's internal search? I want to always use regular Firefox on-page search that i now trigger by left Alt (to show the FF menu), click Edit menu, click Find in page.... (since Ctrl+F is occupied by website's internal search).

I am attempting to report that Yahoo Finance is broken. From this URL, I use the "report broken site" feature:

When I fill out the information and hit "send", nothing happens. The "report broken site" screen remains active. Hitting Send multiple times has no effect.

I've tried using this feature for other pages, and it appears to work; but it won't work for this site.

Can anyone suggest why that might be? Is it a byproduct of the site's being broken?

I'm trying to watch videos on Disney plus and Amazon prime. I can't get them to work. I tried various tutorials but many were irrelevant because they referred to google chrome which I don't even have. I tried checking and unchecking the enable DRM checkbox. Widevine never seems to update. I do not know how to install in manually.

Is there a way to replace the navigation icons on the context menu with their text-only counterparts?

I've tried the following code segments which provide less-than-optimal results.

This one which worked in FF 88, now removes the icons, but leaves 4 blank buttons in a row with no text...

#context-back image,
#context-forward image,
#context-reload image,
#context-stop image,
#context-bookmarkpage image {display: none !important;}}

This one completely removes the options, but I would like to keep them, and replace them with their text counterparts

#context-navigation,
#context-sep-navigation {
   display:none !important;
}

Please see attached images for the before and after of what I'm trying to achieve.

Might be nice to have the blank icon column to the left of these 4 items so they all line up with the items below, but I can live without that if it's not possible.

For a few weeks now, FIrefox will not play DRM content video on this computer. I have tried all the suggested solutions and none have worked. Also, I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, but the problem remains. I am very frustrated with this problem and am ready to get rid of Firefox permanently on ALL our computers unless this can be fixed.
