I keep on getting pop-up ads like the one shown. It started only fairly recently. I have done everything that the Internet suggests but still cannot get rid of them. The ads claim to be from google but somehow I feel they come from some malware. But I can't find the malware.

My LastPass extension appears as a black box with an elipse. It is red when it is active. I have logged in to LastPass, and when I go to the extensions icon and select "Open Extension" nothing happens. It's not filling in any of my login information.

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!

I'm trying to run Java in the browser on Linux, but it's not working. I've gone all the way back to Ubuntu 7.10 where the default Java is included with the operating system by default, and it is NOT detected in the latest version of the web browser that it can run, which is 17.

when i go to manage bookmarks i can go to views and sort them by last added, how do i make it, so that when i go to the bookmark drop down menu from the top of the screen so also list the bookmarks in order of last added?

Recently Youtube refuses to play any videos for me, saying adblockers are against their rules. I have uninstalled Adblock, and reset firefox totally. Youtube is still blocking me. It works fine on Chrome. Do I have to switch to Chrome permanently?

Have sold loads on Ebay using only Firefox as the browser. Tried to list another item a few days ago, and after entering the details on the first page (Item description and section to list it in) couldn't get beyond that page. The next page appeared not blank but as light grey filled rectangles where the text etc should be. Obviously tried reload. Same over the next day or so. In desperation, used Edge. No problems with that, using the same first page which Ebay had stored for me. Just tried again with Firefox - same fault.

I recently took a hit from potential malware while looking for a owners manual. I now have a popup that looks like the one attached. It looks to be from Mozilla, but I can't be sure. Can you help with this?

A couple of weeks ago the scroll wheel on my Logitech mouse stopped working with Firefox. It works fine on all other applications on my computer but will not work on any web page or any Firefox menu. I am not using XMBC. I updated to Firefox 119.0.1 this morning and it didn't make any difference.

When I have sent an email, it is not seen in 'all mails' nor 'sent emails', it is attached to a thread, when I open the thread, I have to go through many 'header' emails to find it at the bottom. Why is my last email NOT in 'sent', not in 'all mail' - or if it is on the thread, not seen at the TOP, displayed, ready to reply. Sending me nuts. Please advise how I can customize - to see the emails sent and received in REAL time. Currently my sent mail has so few in the folder. How can I stop this. I want All Mail and Sent mail, at the time I sent them. Not buried, Not as threads. I have tried removing threads, and it think it wants to delete them, I don't want that.

yea i don't need help but i cannot believe you guys made an firefox installer so small so its only "390 KB" and a floppy disk only has 1.44 MB meaning it can fit into a storage thing from 40 years ago man that's crazy

(also I'm using you're firefox browser on my crappy 8 years old windows 10 laptop, and ngl its great even tho it sometimes uses a lot of cpu and ram usage it loads fast and the first time i got you're browser it ran great and this old laptop finally can run videos on 720p instead of on chrome barely running 240p)
