I was able to use Firefox for Animoto then for some unknown reason my project disappeared. I can access on Safari. When I try to open Animoto.com in Firefox a page comes up with My Projects page plus Animoto's Create a video and that is all that shows, the page is inactive. Same when I try to log in to my account. My computer is MacBook Pro Tahoe 26.3. I would be very grateful for a solution.

I'm having a strange issue with a website I use for crypto trading. On Firefox the page layout looks broken and some sections overlap or don't load correctly.

The site is paribu.com https://www.paribu.com . When I open the same page in Chrome everything looks normal and the layout loads properly.

I tried refreshing and disabling a few extensions but the issue still happens in Firefox. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might cause this?

Hey friends, n00b questions - how do I allow pop ups on a website again?

I accidentally clicked too fast and clicked to not allow pop ups again on a site I need a window to pop up.

I went to settings to make an exception for the website, but it still does not work.

Any help please?

Currently the Helper tool blocks my use of firefox on nonAdmin desktops, and in doing so, looks like a spoofing scam popup seeking my password. After updating Firefox to 148.0 on my M4 MacMini Sequoia 15.7.4, using an Admin account/desktop, on Firefox launch on a non admin desktop, the helper tool popup requests admin credentials !?!? As a 74yrOldNontechie Mac user since 1984, I thought that in the Mac world, when an Admin installs software on one desktop, that application then crosses all desktops used on that machine, ie if the software is really installed, even nonAdmin desktops should already have the Helper Tool. My internet facing desktops are never admins, hoping to deny Admin powers to any Internet attacks on my internet facing desktops, and my rarely used admin desktop goes on the net only for software download access/updates. How do I get Firefox to work on my NonAdmin desktops? Why does the firefox install NOT include the helper tool on nonAdmin desktops?

Suddenly I have a South African Facebook occupying my fire fox log in. It won't let me go into my account. When I use Safari on the same Macbook I can get access, so somehow it was become fixed to my fire fox browser. How can I get rid of this South African Facebook block or should I just remove firefox as my long time browser. I've done all the cookie deletes and regular stuff. I'd appreciate some professional help. Regards, Jim

Hello, since your I have donwloaded your latest Firefox update I have multiple issues with Firefox 147.0.4 on macos Tahoe version 26.3

If you google "using firefox on mac os tahoe 26.3" you will see that I am not alone.

I have been using Firefox for many years, and do not understand why newer Firefox versions are not fully tested before being released on the "market".

You are not alone; Google has also the same problem on macos Tahoe version 26.3. Might be good to contact Apple to solve this issue,before a domino effect!

I've seen similar reports of this in the past. But I believe my case is different.

I had to reset a password tonight, requiring me to re-login to the account in Firefox. But, the tab/window would just freeze. I don't see anything immediately being blocked (ie: any DNS filter etc).

But, I CAN get it to work in Debugging mode, which suggests either there is an extension that is blocking it, or something else (some variable that is otherwise active in regular running Firefox). I just don't know which.

Has anyone else reported this and what might be the issue? I suspect uBlockOrigin (one), which I do use. But the other extensions I use are just for Youtube, IG, etc.

Dear Mozilla,

I use Firefox as my primary web browser.

I am constantly having to Force Quit Firefox in order to free up storage.

Please work on making Firefox handle storage better.

Up until a month ago, I was able to download gifs from the giphy.com as actual GIFs. What has changed in Firefox and how can I troubleshoot this so I can get the desired file format of GIF?

Unable to open bookmarks list. It has very important websites that I use and need daily; earthlink webmail, bank account, daily weather. Unfortunately, I am not computer literate. I feel totally helpless.

Hello, Having some issues with two websites that don't load correctly. Can you help me with this ? It has been going on for a while withe my car brand website configuration page so I have to use Safari for that, but today it happened with my bank website. I use a password manager and do not want firefox to save any passwords, but every time I enter a password in Firefox a popup asks if I want firefox to save the password. I know what should work to disable this option, however the option to check or uncheck "ask to save passwords" in settings/passwords is greyed out and cannot be checked or unchecked. (see attached screenshot) Is this because I have my password manager enabled? How do I correct this?

I manually clear all youtube cookies. I have these youtube exceptions. After going to youtube, then checking "Manage Cookies and Site Data" I still see Firefox saved a youtube cookie.
