When I try to log into chase.com, I'm told my (FireFox) browser is out of date, but I am running the latest version. What can I do?

Hello, I'm unable to access my Firefox logins. I followed some of the advice on here and discovered that my login files appear to be corrupted (logins.json.corrupt). I tried some of the suggested methods, but I can't re-establish access to my logins.

I'm not sure if this is related, but when I click on the Applications menu, though my profile is there, it says "Account disconnected" next to a warning sign.

Please help... I've been saving my passwords and logins here for years. Any advice welcome. Many thanks in advance.

PS... yes, I know I should have backed them up somewhere, I'll never repeat this mistake.

With the new version (99) I can no longer automatically launch my Revue by Bluebeam application and instead forces me to download the link, which I can then click on to launch the Revue application. There is no choice in settings for the BFX extension to automatically launch my Bluebeam Revue application. The result is my computer is filling up with downloaded links for Bluebeam, which I then have to go in and delete on a continual basis. I do not have that problem in chrome, which someone said is why you guys made the change to switch from automatic launching like chrome did, however I do not have that problem in Chrome. What a shame I have to keep two different browsers

When I try to access MediaFire it doesn't load and get errors etc. And other sites are slow etc. Is there anything I can do to fix it? Also how do I contact FireFox email official support? I don't like asking on the forums since I want a legit agent ;p

I can no longer choose where downloads go. I have tried "always ask" but I am getting no where. One post said open the three bars on the right an look for option. NO luck.

I have used Firefox for years with my MSN/Outlook emails. Recently, something has changed that has caused typing emails to a nightmare. As I am typing the "system" is constantly suggesting text and I do not know how to remove that feature. Each time this happens I have to stop and either hit the tab key or fiddle around with the space bar to get past this problem and continue typing what I want to write. Also, as I am replying to an email, the "system" occasionally opens another email document and at the same time moves the email I am trying to respond to. It moves the email, not to trash, but to Archive. I never use the archive feature. How do I fix these problems. Something has obviously gotten changed in "settings" but I cannot figure out where or how to fix. The "suggested text" feature is disasterous and annoying and it has got to be removed somehow. Please help.

A few days ago the Best Buy website started giving me this message:

We’re sorry, something went wrong.

And yesterday I cannot get into the Walmart website.

This was all working perfectly fine last week. What's up Mozilla??? Oh, and both websites work perfect on Chrome as I had to use them to place my orders because Mozilla decided to all of a sudden make changes...

Firefox now needs to be clicked on twice before starting. In addition is not reopening previous windows and tabs on startup although this option selected in settings. Is this related to a new version? Thank you!

Once every few days (and now every day) the browser logs out of me from every site/forum where I was logged in and this starts to be really annoying, what can I do?

Works on Edge and Chrome? I must have a setting blocking things? Any help ?

I type ralphs.com in the search and enter. Nothing happens until I refresh. It goes to the web site. When I try to sign in it says, "You don't have permission to access ralphs.com/signin on this server". I don't have a problem with any other web site. I don't have a problem signing in using Firefox on my notebook or my laptop. I don't have a problem signing in with Edge on this desktop computer. Sometimes it also tells me access denied for ralphs.com. I assume it is a problem where Ralphs web site is blocking me on this computer but then again, it is only when using Firefox. I have contacted Krogers customer service and have received no help. I cleared everything. I tried the "ipconfig/flushdns"? Nothing works?

Firefox only shows a black box when i try to run an embedded video. It works fine on other browsers, specifically Microsoft Edge. I ran it in troubleshooting mode which fixed the problem temporarily but reoccurs when computer is off and then turned on.
