I have forgotten my account password. What is the simplest way to restore my bookmarks and saved passwords after I change the password?

Feeling overwhelmed by the options I found listed!

Once every few days (and now every day) the browser logs out of me from every site/forum where I was logged in and this starts to be really annoying, what can I do?

For some reason, when I try to autofill with stored credit card information, Firefox (99.0.1) fills the form with credit card number and expiration date when I mouse over a credit card choice, and then when I actually make the choice, the entry gets erased.

I have checked, per an earlier (now archived) question, and there is no "autocomplete off" (or any mention of "autocomplete") in the web page in question.

From what I understand firefox now supports subtitles in picture in picture mode but when I use it for youtube it doesn't work. I have enabled the captions in the advanced settings and I have tried it with all my addons disabled.

Using Outlook web, when viewing pdf documents, it displays strange symbols (incorrect font sets are probably used).

I point out that using Chrome the problem does not arise.

I also installed the microsoft fonts thinking it might solve the problem I attach illustrative image.

It has almost become impossible to continue using this browser. Sadly, I had it as my primary browser for a long time and now I have to switch out everything and move to Chrome or something else.

Thank you for being so cautious and ramping your security features, but not to the extent that it just becomes unusable.

I don't want the tabs + search bar to show when the mouse reaches the top of the screen while in full-screen mode, I have tried "userChrome.css" solution provided in this link "https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1092572", but it didn't work for me, I would appreciate any help, thank you.

I have never wanted, do not want, and will never want any website to push notifications to my desktop computer. I don't even really want any websites (or your browser) to push notifications to my phone.

Fuckin let me block them with a global settings policy instead of having to click the no button for every piece of shit website that thinks I care about them enough to get nagged in my free time

In order to reproduce:

1. Browse to klarna.com 2. click on [login] and then [login for customers] 3. page will redirect to https://app.klarna.com/login?market=de&utm_campaign=header-login-link&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=klarna 4. (you should have an account, if not just create one and proceed with following step) 5. click on [sign in] 6. enter email assigned with your account 7. click on [Confirm and Continue] 8. (a verification code is sent to the email or phone assigned with your account) 9. enter verification code 10. page will redirect to https://app.klarna.com/ and will show a frame where to adjust settings about how klarna will collect data by tracking technologies. 11. click on any button to close that frame (accept all / required settings only,...) ---> Does not work :-(

PLEASE help me find a way around this 'so called' improvement of auto downloading any attachment or file to my Downloads folder without any choice from me. I have checked the 'always ask' in General settings - this functionality DOES NOT WORK - IT IS A waste of time. When prompt asks what you want to do, it auto downloads IN THE BACKGROUND even if you say open and do NOT check save option. This is a MAJOR frustration, makes extra work for me to have to remember to go back to Downloads to delete all these files that just pile up, where I separately saved-off the file as usual to my other, separate intended directory. We should have the right to make that decision on whether or not we want to save it to our computers and take up space. PLEASE REVERSE THAT FUNCTIONALITY TO WHAT IS WAS BEFORE. THANK YOU>

I am running Firefox 99.0.1. Lately (probably since the last update) when browsing the web, Firefox will lockup and not be responsive to clicks on hyper links. The issue goes away when I close Firefox and re-open, but after clicking on 3 or four links, it locks up again. MS Edge does not have this problem with the same websites. I did notice in Task Manager that Firefox is opening up 10 processes. Can anyone give some suggestions?

I have credit card autofill enabled, because I do a lot of business online and it is very convenient. Maddeningly, it has started doing something I can't find a way to fix. I put the mouse over the box asking for a credit card number, the saved numbers pop up, I select one, and then the pop-up box disappears without filling in the credit card number. There has got to be a fix for this, but I cannot find it. Pls. advise...

My browser updated and I seem to have lost all of my saved passwords. I signed in but none of them seem to be saved. Not sure how to get them back or where they went. Is there a way to recover or find them?

I just downloaded the latest Firefox 100.0 on my 2020 iMac running MacOS 11.6.5. and watching youtube video that support HDR look horrible. Everything is washed out. Can you please allow us to disable HDR. I have to now watch youtube on Safari or Chrome.
