I reinstalled my Windows and then wanted to log in to my Firefox account but I forgot my password, when i recovered it all of my data we're gone, I didn't know that it would erase my data. Can I somehow get it back?

Over the last couple of weeks the Firefox Browser will not load the tab page (e.g. Washington Post, New York times) and says it cannot find the web site. I tried troubleshooting mode and then resorted to refresh which only made it worse. It got to the point where the browser wouldn't even open the mozilla.org page correctly.

I finally turned my internet security service off and the browser began to work better, but getting my tab page to open sometimes comes up with a "we cannot find the site" and a "try again" button which never works.

I tried using Safari to go to the same web sites with no problems.

My wife uses Firefox on her I pad and her tablet and says firefox browser is giving her problems.

I have Firefox 116.02 (the browser also seemed to have problems updating and I was getting Firefox failed to update messages.

Has Firefox done something to make the browser unstable on Apple OS systems?

Don't know what happened but previously when I wanted to bookmark a page I would get the option of selecting a final destination from within my "Favorites" folder. Now I just get the option to send it to my "Favorites" without a final destination.

The scrolling is normal on settings pages, and this page as well, but on regular webpages the rest of the web the scrolling is slower and faster than slower, it makes it impossible to use this browser, any help?

Help, Noticed that FF 116.0.2 is freezing when I go to "https://www.rpmabq.com/houses-rent" . I have to use Task Manager (Win 10 )to close FF. Also Pandora (https://www.pandora.com/station/play/) is not working correctly. Tried Troubleshoot mode and still happens. Both sites work fine with Chrome.

No problems before update to FF ver 116.0.2.

When i set up a new windows 11 install, i installed firefox, like normal, and 90% of my data wasnt there! my history from the last few months isnt here and my bookmarks! My passwords and ext are saved though, can i get it back? Aswell, when i restart the browser, all my new bookmarks and data goes away too!

I've been able to use Firefox seamlessly since making it my default web browser, until last week. Since then every time I try to connect to juno.com, I receive the message below:

Bad Request Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

   Because I need access to this server, I've tried a variety of ways to connect with it and everyday, I waste a large amount of time, but everyday, eventually I'm able to open a link and access juno.com.    I know that there are better email servers, but because I've had this one for over 30 years and do business all over the world, with  a wide variety of people, I need to keep this account active.

   I'm hoping that you can help me solve this issue.

I was trying to login to my grocery store with a link they gave me to save on gas and got this message. I have had similar problems with other sites as well. Why? What do I have to do to stop receiving this error message?

When I try to visit certain websites on Firefox, they crash no matter what, even after reloading the page. This still happens in Troubleshoot mode, and even after doing a clean reinstall of Firefox it still happens. Here are some of the recent crash IDs:

In some websites, a cookies menu opens over the page but not as a popup eg https://www.elexon.co.uk/knowledgebase/about-the-bsc/

In Chrome, I can see the menu and make the relevant cookies choice and then access the site, but in firefox the whole page is effectively greyed out. As it isn't a popup I can't whitelist the site for popups (well I can but it doesn't change anything).

Any ideas how I can make this work without having to use the site in a different browser?

Hi! When I click on my shortcut to access the Rumble.com website, I keep getting the message that there is no server. My shortcut was working fine last week!

I open up a new tab, go to the address bar, search for anything with DuckDuckGo, and select a result. When I press back, it doesn't go to the search results, but instead goes back to the home page.

My Amazon prime movies suddenly pause, the wheel turns, doesn't start again. Movies are stopped. This doesn't happen with MS Edge, but does happen with Firefox. How to fix this?

trying to get our emails through our firefox email account failed saying "not able to get a secure connection" This has never happened before on our home computer. What has gone wrong?

Firefox works fine on every site, except G Mail.com G mail.com On G mail the things works well, but when i try to move a e-mail or delete him, Firefox does it, but doesn't return to the primary and G mail site.

The others G mail things works fine on all the other functions, and initiate well on Chrome, Opera and others internet navigators.

PS: It only happens after the last Firefox update.

Can someone assist me in restoring my Peer's Certificate? I mistakenly did something that must have deleted it since I cannot log in to Xfinity account. Error message indicated that its: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. How do I get back to normal?

I have discovered that some of my downloads change format upon being saved. The new format is a single line text (including pics) and is hard to read or make sense out of. How to prevent this from happening and also how to change current downloaded files back into a readable, usable format? Must all these be deleted?

Over the last couple of days Firefox has severely slowed down. I have tried other browers and they are not affected. Have there been any updates/changes to Firefox? Thank you.
