I'm trying to update my payment information for a monthly contribution I have been making and I can't find where to go to do that. I tried logging into Mozilla after Googling "Mozilla Contributions" and the links I got were for technical contributions. I have changed my bank so the money I was contributing won't be available from the old bank. I tried to log in with the information I keep in a spreadsheet but it couldn't find my user name and/or my email address. I would like to resume my contribution but I can't find or get into the right place. I am now legally blind, so trying to hunt down something like this is difficult because reading is very difficult with Macular Degeneration. Without some help, I'm going to simply let my donation laps. You need to make it easier to find where to go and better alternatives for logging in problems.

help needed to stop firefox from cancelling the consent (tick box) for providing my logins and password details automatically when required. the tick keeps being removed from my "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites" when I close firefox. How do I fix it please...

Hello; I have a hard time with your BM filing system. After setting up a new computer I have duplicates of "menu" "other" "unsorted" & I can't find an easy way to delete what I don't want. The explanations are confusing and user unfriendly. If you can just give a simple detail of what each file does, & how to use them, it would help 80yr olds like myself.

For the third time with a broken arm! I set up my home page and tabs for work, banking etc. Last 2 days after I have closed down the night before, all my tabs are gone. I can't spend half a day setting them all up again only to have them, disappear again. Please find my tabs and restore them so I can continue my work.

For a few months now I can't upload anything larger than 500 MB on Google Drive. I did talk to GD support and it worked fine with Chrome and Chromium. So whatever is causing this problem, it's in Firefox. I tried with a clear Firefox (one with no extensions by deleting /.mozilla) but it's still the same - the upload starts but then stops within the first 30 seconds. Ping and traceroute are all perfectly fine to google servers, no losses, so it's not the connection either.

Firefox is the latest stable version: 101.0.

Hi I have a Shopify account and since the Firefox 99 update my Shopify shop page doesn't load any more, showing an error message. I have had to download Chrome in order to access my shop - really annoying. Have anyone been able to troubleshoot the problem? I find it really affects my ability to do business and I am feeling let down by Firefox. I am adding a screenshot of the error message. I can access my shop without any trouble on Edge or Opera browsers. Firefox is the only one having issue...

So we had to reset my laptop and I had to redownload all my apps, including firefox, which thinks this is a new computer. When I was trying to mess with my history to pull up some old tabs I lost, I accidentally hit the restore button in the import and backup section in the library tag, not realizing that it would delete ALL my bookmarks. I tried hitting Undue but it didn't help. Is there a way to get them back? I lost a lot...

When I try to use a link in my Yahoo Mail, I get this message:

Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

I don't know how to do any of this. And I cannot use my links in my email.

About two weeks ago, Microsoft sent me a recommendation for using Bing extension. Thinking it was fine, I proceeded as an idiot to install. At the last moment, it stated it will be the homepage or some such thing, So, I hit "cancel". But, no sooner than clicking it, Bing installed itself. But, now when I start Firefox, it opens FOUR separate tabs every single time, including my email home page and Bing related pages, including the one that asks me if I uninstalled by mistake. I can never get rid of these tabs unless I close them one by one every time. I even tried refreshing Firefox by getting rid of all my add-ons. But, even that only worked for about literally 2seconds or less as Firefox restarted without Bing pages and, then, just like virus, all three pages loaded themselves again. How do I turn off the automatic desktop download? Every time I open a file it downloads it to my desktop without permission. This is beyond irresponsible and dangerous to the end user. I assume you have a team standing by to assist in removing virus' and restoring people's computers.
