Can not access PDF on a specific website when using Firefox 101.0. I can access with Google Chrome. Was told by the website that "we recommend using the most recent versions of either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Other browsers, such as Safari or Firefox, are not compatible and will cause viewing issues. Our best suggestion at this time would be to check and confirm that you are using the most recent browser version." I prefer Firefox, so does anyone have a suggested fix for Firefox?

Hello Today I've installed Windows 11 and tried migrate my firefox data from old windows 10 to new windows 11 by online account, after login into my firefox account I've noticed all my bookmarks,tab,password,history etc gone. I don't understood why ... I never had problems like this before . when I logged and sync on another device I had all my data from firefox account... Could you please help me with that

the other day my Samsung Galaxy S21+ died on me so I was forced to re-startup my old Galaxy S10+.. and I tried to sync the my new data on my Desktop and Firefox cloud to my phone...

BUT! it synced my old data a year old data from my phone to my desktop... destroying all my changes over the past year.. THANK YOU BACKUPS! saved the day... Firefox account need the ability to clear the stored Firefox data in the cloud to prevent this from happening again.. and I found similar questions that pointed to deleting my whole account and starting fresh.. THAT IS AN INSANE IDEA... no thx.. I have too much to lose...

please consider this a feature update or request..

I have tried numerous times to copy over the contents of my Firefox default profile folder from a Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC. I followed all the instructions as far as I know (when either saving or pasting the folder contents, Firefox is off; successfully downloaded and installed Firefox on new PC creating a new default profile which is where I pasted the contents from previous PC's profile, etc.) When Firefox is restarted on the new PC, it is just the same as the new installation -- no bookmarks from the old profile show up, e.g.).

Any ideas for how to get this to work are greatly appreciated. I have a lot of bookmarks and need to be able to access them on new PC. (BTW, this approach worked just fine when I installed a new disk drive on the old PC about 5 years ago and brought all the Firefox profile data over - everything came over as expected. I wouldn't think the fact that this is a Windows 10 to Windows 11 porting has anything to do with it not working -- these are just profile folders.)

Would Synching the two PCs work better? Does Synch just add all the profile and password data on the two PCs together so that each ends up with the total of what was on the two individual PCs and nothing on either is lost? When I looked at Synch on new PC, it was not clear how to get it to point to the old PC - Add a New Device just seemed to point to a phone. Again, any help is much appreciated.

From one day to the next some pages started to display with ultra-thin fonts. This does not happen in other browsers (like chrome), only in my firefox.

For me, running 101.0 on Windows 11, Firefox disregards the selected theme and shows web pages in black no matter what I do (except for these support pages, oddly). Sometimes it renders as black text on a black background, making it impossible to use. My windows theme is "Light", my Firefox theme is "Light". I CAN select ALWAYS to override every web page with a light background and dark text, but obviously that interferes with the design of most web pages. This problem has persisted for months. I have read the suggestions about changing UI settings in about:config and none of them work. As much as I love Firefox and Mozilla, there are many web pages rendered unusable by this problem, and I am about ready to throw in the towel and start using Chrome.

Hey there, I have recently completely formatted my pc as it was kind of slow.I then reinstall Mozilla fore fox login as turn on sync and had to login to steam but as i was logging in i forgot password so i checked my passwords as it was saved in Mozilla fire fox previously but i didn't see any saved passwords not only form steam i didn't see a single password of different websites saved on it is there any way to get those passwords back (i had already made an account and saved passwords on it but after re-installation I login to my fire fox account and still see no passwords). A quick help will be very much appreciated

After the latest Firefox update, 101.0 (64-Bit) for Windows, the text of our website can't be read anymore because it suddenly appears way too bright.

It worked since years before and still works with other browsers.

Is this a know bug with version 101 and might be fixed? Or is there any other problem?

Hello, i am looking for a way to permanently remove pocket suggestions that involve anything lgbtq+ what ever the + means lol. And anything liberal,i was looking for a more conservative home page when i downloaded firefox and its nothing like i thought. And getting rid of the bs liberal anti-gun crap would be nice also. The pickup button at the Nordstrom store is disable. It always show "Not available for pickup" and it only happens on my PCs while all other people's machines are fine. I have tried refreshing with no Addons, changing profile... all methods do not work. I want to know if this problem is from the ISP provider or from the hacker, and how I can fix it. I am living in the US. My ISP is T-Mobile. My zip code to use at this store is 98188. This tab [ https://www.weatherforyou.com/maps/elmira-mi-interactive/45.06444/-84.85611 ] worked just fine before the last update (101.0 for W7), and now it doesn't. It should show a radar map of my local area. Just FYI.

I downloaded the VPN program and it worked Yesterday. Today the icon and the program have disappeared from my computer. How do I get it back? I've looked in the apps, and attempted to re-download it but nothing works. Please Help, Kathy

why can't Mozilla updates be downloaded,& installed when I sign off instead of when I first log on? Very irritating to have to wait for updates to be completed.Thank you for taking the time to hear me out
