I use a touch screen HP laptop. And when I shopping or just reading news and there is a picture on the page or site it pops up, even if I do not touch it. I can not see the text behind it. I know it is a setting some here because if i go to trouble shooting mode it does not happen. i have checked and unchecked every thing I can fine and nothing helps but trouble shooting mode. So when I close out and reopen Firefox trouble back. I have not tried other browsers because I only like Firefox

Please turn off the download drop down menu that appears every time I do a download...if you cant do that then give your users the option of turning it off or on...

Hello... EVERY time I try to sign into my Yahoo email, I have to go through hoops to actually get there. When I click the box that says ...never ask on this device again, your system ignores it. This "Added Security" is not helpful. nor is it adding any security to anything. All you are doing is making me look for other web browsers. Google Chrome does not do this. Safari does not do this. Opera does not do this. I do not need to be contacted via text message, OR ANY OTHER WAY, to gain access to MY email account. Stop holding me hostage!!

Please tell me how to get rid of this absolutely horrible "feature."

Hi there! Well, another company told my business partner that their product does not like Firefox so we should use Chrome and maybe Edge. First, that is a crock, but seems to be a standard answer from anyone in the business world, sadly. I would not trust Edge or Chrome, especially those two, if they were the last platforms on earth. So, help pretty please?

Is there a setting that we can use that will assist in using RSMeans Online Version so it will work more effectively? Whenever we get an error message or it just won't open, they blame it on Firefox.

I reported this error; however, I still do not have an answer.

MS Edge works perfectly; why does Firefox get stuck in a "forever" loop during the Monrovia Website search? See the attached jpg.

Hi there, I have not been able to log into my school account from my firefox browser which is my preferred browser. I thought it was something with my school account, but i discovered i can open it on any other browser out there. Any suggestions? I have cleared all cookies from this site. Thank you in advance,

I tried printing in FIREFOX while using PDF and receipts from Amazon and HP. each time the fonts are HUGE, but not if I use Chrome or Edge. Tried your suggestions and that didn't help. I see another user has had the same exact issue with no avail. I'd really like to get this issued fixed. I like FIREFOX and want to use it whenever possible, but being unable to print makes it a problem. I would appreciate a real solution. Thank you in advance, Alan.

gmail page initially loads in firefox and then doesn't get updated at all. Upon trying to refresh it just gets stuck at Google workspace initialization section. After that under new tab, google.com also doesn't work. Please fix this.

I no longer have the option to watch BBC iPlayer as a picture in picture. The toggle switch has disappeared. I've tried hovering over various places on screen, but nothing appears. I've also tried right clicking to check it's not 'hidden', but it appears to have gone altogether.

I've checked and I have a least version 75 of Firefox (that BBC say I should have) and that the box is ticked in the browsing settings to enable P-in-P. Other streaming apps work (eg Discovery+ and YouTube etc).

Not sure is this is a Firefox issue or BBC iPlayer issue.

For the last few weeks I keep getting this error message: An error occurred during a connection to ....... You are attempting to import a cert with the same issuer/serial as an existing cert, but that is not the same cert.

Error code: SEC_ERROR_REUSED_ISSUER_AND_SERIAL

It will suddenly happen for multiple sites that I have been connected to in the past, or new sites I try to open including support.mozilla.org. A solution is to clear my history and restart the browser. It only happens on my windows 10 laptop. I think happens when I have logged off or the device has slept and then firefox has restarted and opened previously open tabs. Other devices on the same network don't get effected.

When I watch a video, mostly in Netflix, and go to the fullscreen mode, I see a url line on the bottom left corner of my screen. It doesn't go away when I click the screen. When I try to click over it it switches to the right bottom corner, which I find quite frustrating. Whenever, this happens I should refresh the page and hope that it solves my problem and most of the times it does. However, I still would be quite happy if I figured out what caused this problem and if there is anything I can do it to fix it for good.

Hey! I think to migrate from Vivaldi but only couple of things stops me. I used to split some tabs in one screen there and looks like I can't find any good addons for that. There is one addon Tile Tabs WE but it is not what I need, I want to tabs be still along other tabs, I can detach them and place on my screen by myself without such addons but that's uncomfortable to use.

If I wanted to use the navbar for search I'd set it up that way. I don't, and I'm getting really sick of doing this...

    type in searchBar "about:config"
   Accept warning
   Search "browser.urlbar.suggest.searches" and change it to false (Do this Only if you want to disable suggesions)
   Search "keyword.enabled" and change it to false
   Search "browser.fixup.alternate.enabled" and change it to false 

every time I open Firefox or a new tab in Firefox.

I'd like the option of not having it search in the navbar, ever. I search using Google. I like Google. I've been a big fan and supporter of Firefox for years, but this constantly having to deal with the search in the navbar thing, which I don't want it to do, is really turning me off of Firefox. I hate the Microsoft junk, Explorer and Edge, and I don't like Chrome either, but I'm getting really sick of Firefox trying to shove this Search via the navbar thing down my throat.

How do I disable navbar search permanently, or am I just stuck with redoing it every time I open Firefox or a new tab, at least until I get completely fed up and decide to give another browser a try at replacing Firefox?
