After the last upgrade my bookmarks disappeared. What happened? Saved passwords too. History too. Also want to add that it is difficult to get support when needed. Maybe I need to go with Safari.

After I ran avast security and clean up, I lost all my stuff on Firefox.
latest update has cleared all my bookmarks tried the normal methods via restore etc nothing works.
I accidentally unpinned my Firefox browser and lost all bookmarks. I clear history at the end of each session so that is not an option.

I have met this issue twice. Before I retired my old PC, I did click the "sync now". However, when I login in Firefox in my new PC, I found the bookmarks are very very out of date. Because my old PC was formatted, I lost my latest bookmarks in Firefox.

Today, 6/10/22, I did what we sheep are trained to do, click on the latest update. What happened next is excruciatingly painful: EVERY SINGLE--ALL--FAVORITES AND SAVED PAGES--YEARS, YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES AND FAVORITES, ERASED, GONE, WIPED OUT.
WHAT IS GOING ON? WAS THIS INTENTIONALLY PROGRAMMED? YEARS WORTH OF SAVED PAGES, GONE!!!
So I clicked on an excitingly named "restore" type link. Which resulted in only today's subsequent web activity being included.
What are you people doing?

When installing Firefox, I chose Microsoft Edge because I was currently using it. Google Chrome has all my favorites and bookmarks. I had no info in Microsoft Edge. I used it because I've had so much trouble with Google. Google has the info favorites and bookmarks that need to transfer to Firefox. I can't find a way to go back and correct my entry. Do I have to uninstall and reinstall Firefox to fix this.

This just started this week but I have hundreds of twitter bookmarks in my twitter bookmark folder and so when I go lower in the folder and open one and go back to the folder it is at the very top bookmark of the folder again. As you can guess this is very annoying because I have to scroll for a while to get back the bookmarks I was at towards the bottom of the folder. I updated Windows and Nvidia graphics driver. I used CCleaner to clean junk out of my system. I have the latest Firefox browser as well. This has never been a problem so far and I can't find a solution anywhere for this. Can anyone help?
