Hi there my default browser is Firefox Mozilla but certain sites open very slowly or not open at all. All things I did were clean the cache, reinstalling Mozilla software but nothing works and its a bit frustrating. Also Adblock Plus wont work on you tube. Thank you in advance Kuba

This keeps happening - not an isolated incident.

The option to open a dialog box to upload a file becomes non-existent. Concurrently, I'm unable to download and save files.

This is resolved when Mozilla releases an update and I can update my browser. Then eventually something happens and the features stop working. It's like a download fails and then blocks further ones. However, there isn't something obviously stuck in my downloads history.

I can't seem to close my browsers and reopen it to fix, have to wait for an update but this always resolves it. This has happened at least a dozen times now. It is NOT my operating system.

This is wildly frustrating.

Is there a setting where you can set a timeout for access to passwords so when the time limit it is up it forces you to re-enter your master password to gain access when on a page asking for credentials? Currently I login with my master password and every site I go to Firefox will have my passwords ready to use, even if I leave my computer on for a week. How about a four hour timeout. After four hours and I go to a site asking for my credentials, Firefox will prompt me for my master password before letting me access the vault?

I am trying to log on to Gordon Bernard Calendar Co once there I am informed that it is an insecure web site. I have been there many times. The GB web person says the prob. is on my end. My computer is old and I have always used version 7.

Hello, I am trying to login to my account on www.zazzle.com and use their site. Sometimes it will let me through and I can be on the site for about 20 minutes before a captcha comes up that says press and hold this button so we know you are not a bot. Well the button never works, it always errs out and gives me the message to please try again, and then locks me out of their site. I have tried clearing my cache and cookies, updating my browser, resetting the router, I don't have any VPN's, I have tried working in a private window, adding the website to the privacy exceptions, block pop up windows is unchecked, I am out of ideas, what do I do??

I would like to add another shortcut to the Firefox home page, but although there is enough room to add one in the second row, no spaces with an edit tool are visible or available. I am using a MacBookPro with an M3Pro chip.

Ever since I updated last week, one website that I use will not work. Whenever I try to log in to the M&T Online Banking website, it blocks me and says "M&T Online Banking Is Temporarily Unavailable." The app works on my phone and I can log in through Chrome, it's only on Firefox that I'm getting this problem. I called M&T Bank and they confirmed that it's a problem with Firefox. Something is blocking me but I don't know what it is. I am not using a VPN or adblocker.

The size of the text on my computer, especially AOL Email has diminished to unreadable size. How to enlarge the text to a normal size (around 16 or larger). I've tried settings and specifications and zoom and many others but nothing changes the size of the text. Can you help in plain language that an old person can follow? I thank you in advance.

Hello, I'm having problems running the Synology C2 Password extension in Firefox and the Synology support engineer wants me to send them a "System Diagnostic Log". In detail, they asked me to do the following: 1. Launch Support Center on your device. 2. Go to Support Services. 3. Click Generate Logs. Is this something you do in Firefox, or is this generated by the computer operating system? I'm running a MacBook Pro with macOS Big Sur 11.5.2 and Firefox Version 136.0.4. Since I updated firefox a day or so ago, the tabs on my tab bar display at the top of the window change width to add the audio icon when the tab starts playing audio, which I find distracting especially when the active tab plays audio intermittently in response to my interactions with the tab. I couldn't find anything about that in the settings page. How do I turn this off so that tabs in the tab bar (at least the active tab) stay the same width?
