Suddenly, yesterday when I opened my Microsft Outlook app, all is see is HUGE letters filing my entire desktop computer screen. As you can see in photo below, there is no way I can rea email this way. Same today. When I try another browser (Edge) the Outlook screen opens just fine, so it looks like a problem with Firefox.

I don't want to have to use Edge as a browser - I like Firefox!

I don't know how to fix this in Firefox. I don't rememebr making any changes to the programme - but I do undertake regular updates.

For a couple of weeks now, out of nowhere, links I click from emails sent to me open in new tabs but are blank pages. This includes download links, so I'm unable to see any links or download anything being emailed to me by a number of senders. Weirdly, some senders' links work. I didn't change anything and don't know what to do about this. Please advise if you have a solution, thanks!

hello... im 28 years old and safesearch is on, on my firefox and i actually cant change setting.... it wont give me access to the setting menu. need help with fixing it. account is: farzadmb74@gmail.com

It has reinstalled all my other extentions, but hasn't my password manager for some reason. Or at least I can't find it. I also can't remember the name of it, and so don't know what to search to download it again. Is there a way to see historic extentions or something?

My Kaiser website kp.org can't come up...the following error message:

I have many webpages open in many browsers and tabs. From time to time, FF locks up, and then the PC locks up, and the only way to resolve it, is to restart (eg: reboot) the PC.

When trying to log into my copy machine setup webpage i get this message

google.com will not come up on android version of firefox. BUT if a search was already done that google page will com up. I open firefox type google.com in the search bar, but nothing i go into past history click on a previous search an boom google.com comes up

cleared all browser history stuff uninstalled reinstalled etc

i now keep getting a pop up window saying that this profile was last used with a newer version of this application. Please create q new profile. what am I to do?

My Dell Laptop INSPIRON 3793 running the Firefox/Mozilla Browser when I stream in Youtube or LiveNews periodically goes into the images in the photos I uploaded here. I am compelled to do a hard restart. I have been working with Dell Technical Services and they indicate they have no history of this issue. I am running Windows 10. My system has all technical updates including current drivers . I really do NOT want to move off FireFox but I getting pressure to run another Browser and wait and see if the problem surfaces. Is there any history of this issue with this Firefox. Any help or insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cate Brown
