Unable to open OR uninstall Firefox. Error Msg: the procedure entry point Flush could not be located in the dynamic link library C/Prog Files / Mozilla / Firefox / xul.dll

My current install of Firefox seems to be corrupted, because every time i try starting firefox, even in safe mode, it says "Could not load XPCOM". So my only option now is to reinstall, but i have some password and my search history and bookmarks and generall data to backup. So my question is how can i do this. Im on a Windows 10 22H2 Machine, and i am a pretty expirienced computer user.

I have a spreadsheet with links. I need to open multiple links in the order they are in the spreadsheet.

When I select multiple links and click "option+return", the links open in the opposite order.

I would expect the first link to the on the left and the second link to be on the right.

Is there anything I can do to make this happen?

I would like to make Firefox the default browser on my iMac but for some reason it refuses to load my home page on Facebook. I can get to the general Facebook page and login and see the news feed but when I try to go directly to my wall or home page, it gives me the message "This page isn't available right now. This may be because of a technical error that we're working to get fixed. Try reloading this page." I have tried clearing the cache to no avail. Anyone else have this issue or a possible solution?

I downloaded Qwant browser some years ago out of curiosity then took this laptop offline. When I allowed this laptop back online, I noticed Qwant and disabled it, as I am accustomed to DuckDuckGo and no longer feeling curious, just want to get work done. Qwant is showing as disabled (under the Disabled heading, and greyed out).

However, when I use CTRL-N, the new browser window is Qwant, not Firefox, not DuckDuckGo.

I check that Firefox is my default browser and the laptop checks every boot-up that it is the default browser.

Can you help? I know there's a line of code somewhere but don't want to do more than I have -- endlessly search the settings, checking that there is nowhere that allows Qwant to load, let alone preferentially loads it.

I would rather not change browsers just to use USPS.com. Can you direct me to correct settings so that I can use Firefox?

Boxes in forms on websites don't show up clearly. I cannot tell if I've checked the box or not. Also columns in graphs don't line up. I'm guessing I set up something incorrectly in Firefox browser settings, but I have no idea what.

I am using an older OSx version which I am happily using Firefox 78.15 with no issues. Last week I easily attended meetings via Google Meets with no problems to date, until today.

All of a sudden it states that my browser doesnt support it. I have tried all workaround, uninstalled add-ons etc.

Was there a sudden change? This will affact my day to day work if meets no longer works.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can get fire fox to work again..I installed acrobat last night and it did crazy things to my computer, and fire fox will not work anymore

I'm not sure what happened because it never broke sites like this before. Sometimes it makes a site impossible to read. I haven't done anything to the browser and this just started happening.

I changed my PC. Then i installed Firefox my new PC and login Firefox account. But my old PC's Firefox account all data will de deleted history passwords etc. It was looks like a new account. How can i restore my old data. My old PC was already formatted.

Long time user (love it) but the browser is consuming a lot of memory. With the same windows open in Chrome, Firefox is consuming 5 times the amount making the system slower glitchy.

This has been an issue for awhile and I checked all the posted solutions. Either the software is consuming an that is normal or something is running in the background. Firefox is at 1831.5 MB as I type this.

Can I uninstall then reinstall? or is everything going to return?

Why is the print on my website (angeleducators.com) so tiny in Firefox? It looks much better on Chrome and Safari.

Archived 2020 query at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1360922#answer-1465978 asked for time-stamped history list. Instructions in the response say after CMD(on Mac)/Shift/H you will see names of columns above the list. This does not appear - possibly deleted since the answer.

I'm trying to argue with a bank that I made a payment in business hours, and a time stamp on my history record would bolster my argument.

Is the list of columns mentioned available somehow? Can a date/time stamp be added to every history record? (Date is known, but not shown as a date stamp.) Is this info in there, but hidden, and available somehow?

I have tried many times to import my passwords from Chrome and from my desktop Firefox, using synchronising, to this laptop, and it has continually failed to happen. My Tabs and Bookmarks, for example, have all been successfully imported.

I want to make Firefox my default browser but cannot do this without successfully importing my passwords.

Please let me know what I should do next.

Are you able to take control of my laptop remotely and resolve the problem? If so, please let me know the times and days when you can do this, so that I can make an appointment, stating which time zone you are in as I am in England.

Firefox browser no longer on W7 laptop. Followed instructions-downloaded setup and installer. Neither will do anything - message says no program association to implement thses files. Help!
