Hi, for about the last week (23 Feb 2026) when watching videos in my Firefox Browser, there are short stutters. First noticed in Youtube, so looked for updates to UBO and other extensions. Then noticed the same thing in BBC iPlayer and my4 streaming. It also happens when watching my media via Plex in the browser. It is not my network bandwidth or speed.

When I watch media via my Plex app or videos on VLC media player, there is no stutter.

I don't know if this is caused by a Firefox update, a Windows update. Laptop: Asus ROG Flow X16 (2023); Intel i9-13900H, Intel Irix Xe; NVIDIA RTX 4070 (mobile) Firefox 148.0 (64bit)

Firefox installed a new release and now all my bookmarks, add-ins etc are gone. I went to About:profiles, but I when I launch the other profile that is there it still show the new profile

I use Firefox as my desktop (and phone) browser. Recently my desktop cannot open my USBank Online banking service (my Android Firefox phone browser works fine). The USBank customer technical service agent tells me that their software does not recognize the Firefox browser - he says that AVG Secure, Microsoft Edge , and Google Chrome work fine). How do I rectify this without changing browsers? I've used Firefox for opver a decade without trouble. Help!

I am having trouble signing into some of my web sites. This problem just started. I have tried everything even uninstall and re-install. Nothing works. What do I need to do?

I cannot access my xfinity account due to my anti-virus (Eset) blocking Firefox's access to assets.xfinity.com

I know that there is already default containers built-in without the need of the extension. But there's no way to open tabs in containers when we click a link, only when it's typed in. There's an option in settings that allow to pick a container when a new tab is opened, but that's it. It would also be great to move the Mozilla VPN and integration and sync function from the extension to the settings page for easier access.

When using Firefox to access certain sites on this laptop such as Marriott.com, United.com, AA.com and Spirit.com, after I login and start a search I get an Access Denied message. However, when using Firefox on another laptop I am able to d a search for a reservation on these sites. This leads me to believe a setting on this specific machine has been changed and I do not know how to correct the situation.

Access to the above sites works without any issues on Chrome or Edge.

When firefox releases an update I find out when I try to use my browser for something. Im on the fly paying a bill and I want to get it done but oh its firefox update time and I dont have an instant choice stop that. I have first tell my security system that I dont want to make changes to my software at this moment I wanbt to use the browser for something important to Me. But still firefox wont let me. I have to wait till it processes my denial then comes the irritatin popup about download or dismiss and I have to respond to that wasting more critial moments for me then after a few more precious to me moments firfox will open and let me use it. This irritates the hell out of me and the worst part is if I dont waste more of my time performing the update when firefox chooses it will shanghai my browser all over again every time until I update. The worst thing is sometimes updates comie in rapid succession. Major irritation. How do I stop this? whats the work around here? I want to up date when it suits me not when it suit firefox.

I'm unsure if this is the right place to be asking this as I'm new to the Mozilla forums, but I've noticed an issue with how text aligns when printing in the latest version of Firefox (148.0), specifically I'm using the 64-bit installation on Windows - I cannot confirm whether or not this issue can be replicated on other environments as I do not use them.

I noticed this issue when trying to print an order summary from Shopify - both in preview, physically printed sheets, and PDFs, the shipping/billing addresses had their lines 'smushed' together, rendering them illegible.

Was there a tweak in the latest update affecting how Firefox handles text, specifically in regards to its alignment, when printing from a webpage?

At first I thought this was a Shopify issue (as is the case more often than not), but after trying this out on different browsers (namely Chrome and Safari - boo), I could not replicate the issue.

I would share screenshots of how the issue presents, however I cannot do this without being in breach of GDPR and I do not want to share customers' sensitive information.

This does not happen when I use edge. I have tried numerous fixes that I have found on line but none have worked. I

I cannot get the bookmarks toolbar to show "Other Bookmarks" on the right end of the toolbar. When I right click on the toolbar, the option to "Show Other Bookmarks" is greyed out.

I completely uninstalled Firefox, deleting all residual files and registry keys, then reinstalled the software, and it hasn't fixed my issue.

I cannot find any support forums or articles that have provided a solution.

I just reinstalled my OS (Windows 11), and installed Firefox, logged in, and just couldn't believe my eyes. Everything is just gone. Passwords, history, everything. Why then Firefox Sync is using email and password if it doesn't have any cloud storage for passwords and doesn't even work like chrome? Should I install Firefox on my iPhone to regularly sync two devices (manually), to store passwords on another device, then sync back?

Firefox keeps forgetting my bookmarks, so I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. After reinstalling, Firefox defaulted to my wife's profile. I then tried to recover an old backed up profile using sync. I selected the right profile, but Firefox reports there are no compatible files in any of several backup file folders.

Ok, This latest version of Firefox is really Bad. It hangs on a lot of my online login accounts. Important things like my Amazon Chase Banking App. My Subscription access to HeyGen logs in for example but it won't work with features like creating your avatar. There is a LOT wrong with the current build.
